So for £200k he’s got 13.3million shares for 1.5p so instantly made a profit of over £150k nice if only us long suffering shareholders could just break even 🤦‍♀️

So Geoff started college aged 8 according to his LinkedIn page , just shows you can’t trust what’s written on some people’s pages .

So I wouldn’t take anything he says on there as gospel Hullabaloo .

Why did he go to college for 10 years ? And how old is Geoff if he started college in 1974 ?

I’m guessing that the £1.5 million will come from one of his listed investors companies , using unsuspecting shareholders like vela and Oberon / primorus .

But also I am predicting that NL will lose vote to clear the decks for the return of FB and AS to carry on the game of releasing RNS updates in 2027 of FDA still require more information 🤦‍♀️😂

Well unfortunately that’s the plan once they get the AGM out of the way , I suppose they can survive on £1.5 million and vanish leaving the SP to get to par with Vela SP .

Or they just sell the shell of company to someone else to park up in , ready made Aquis listed company got to be worth a few bob .

Why do you think the I P is so important to the alleged new BOD ? It’s not their priority to restore the I P in fact it’s the least of their problems .

After all it makes no difference to the price of shares wether they own it or not (proven over last year) and once GM got votes to issue another 100million plus shares at 1.5p they’ve more or less doubled the invested at current SP.

Just a shame that the latest RNS is yet again misleading . Stating that vela bought in march 2024 is not true and misleads investors into thinking that it’s a newish purchase even thou they bought years ago without even knowing it thanks to Peterhouse 🤦‍♀️😂

It did vela have the right to vote at the last EGM if they are only now showing up has a shareholder ? Surely that can’t be right but hey oh I guess the bod have just gained another 6 million votes to be able to dilute the shares further 🤦‍♀️

What I am suggesting is now FB is back in with the crooks has you have described them along with other posters in the past is , now he’s back then surely I P will be brought back under TSP. umbrella and we will get our new CEO announcement at AGM with the reintroduction of FB sidekick Don Johnson from Florida .
