Always seems to be the case that whenever there's good news, the short termers sell soon after.
That said, I don't think there have really been that many selling as there has in the past, so maybe the 'shorties' are dwindling in number, and people are deciding to stick with it.
I think TRX will be a slow burner. A sudden and significant increase would result in plenty of people selling up, and they can't really afford that (I'm thinking of what happened with ITM a few years ago).
More ii's would be very welcome.
A 9 million share trade went through at 16.18. You know the question, was it a buy or a sell? Could it be an institutional investor starting or adding to a stake?
I could have traded and taken a reasonable profit but think this will rise rapidly and I do not wish to get caught out... I have a large holding...
Something of an understatement - shocked by the current SP
I am as sure as you can be on AIM that this will be prove to be a long term winner - steady progress, new products and markets and for once on AIM genuine and professional directors who are clearly enjoying themselves
Revenue might have been another million higher but EBITA positive due to tight management and steady growth - frustrating sp reaction but I would hope only up from here - I truly rate this company hence why I have a large holding
I agree, so many of my LT holds seem to have regular patterns that are a traders dream.
If only I had a trading pot to have a dabble.
Disappointing SP reaction here
and absence of buyers lol
.7/.8p is going to be tough to breach
trading this has been a better approach than holding for years now
Too old for action! Forgotten what a good rise is too... Thought the update was excellent but seems we have sellers..
0.5m @.649p
really looking for action around .6p
Yep portfolio blue today except TRX. Still in for the long haul.
Yes totally agree
Between the RNS, the interview and the confidence shown by increasing their borrowing capacity to $10m (what confidence by the lender) this company barring an unforeseen company will see steady growth in the years ahead (with the potential for explosive growth a couple of years out. Fiat ally an AIM share being run prudently by highly competent directors with no risk of a rights issue - I could not be happier
Excellent news via the RNS and this interview. They are clearly focused on significant growth this year and judging by the avoidance of specifics, have some cards up their sleeves. I would like some clarity on how quickly China will come on stream.
Exciting times and once we have further news in March, which I believe will be very positive, , the SP will enjoy a more sustained move north.

Always good to have a new broker or two.
One day this may hold on to its gains. Too many holders @ .25 . Very disappointing as usual.
CEO and CFO reiterate the update and a bit more on China

There is no Reason ii's shouldn't start to creep in now. company is on an upwards trajectory and with shrewd investors like Richard sneller taking interest leading the way hopefully more will follow. so long as we stay cash flow positive which baring some absolute disaster should be fine, your .84 will no doubt be achieved soon , good luck, and i hope this ends up having the potential we all saw when we invested !
With a solid trading update and new contracts signed it has been a very positive start to the year. Results are due mid March and hopefully more partners found and contracts signed.
After this positive start maybe more ii's will purchase and slowly push the price up, personally looking for .84 to break even.
Neil Woodford maybe history but this would in the end been a star pick ?? GLA
Ten years? Crikey you’ve had quite a ride Jurado! I’ve been a shareholder since 2020 here and even in that time it’s gone up to 0.8p and down to 0.37. For you to hold through ten years of that and worse is a credit to you. Hopefully now with the company finally in the green your patience will be rewarded.
showing a share price of 0.70p which is very much more encouraging than the dull looking 0.69.
I do know how much many of us enjoy soixante neuf though. JJ
I got a little emotional this morning. I've been in for some 10 years I think, one of my first ever buys. Given how many of my speculative buys have crashed and burned, it's quite something to see this company finally get into positive territory and start to look like it really will fulfill some of the hopes I had for it and its technology. Still lots of things to ponder and I want to see a lot of sp growth now, but...well done everyone.
It's my ideal case scenario bobsson, nothing that I dreamt of but based on the IIs expressed vision for this company back in 2020/21. They see it to mature in 2025 for them. So, yes with current infrastructure they can pull in 50M revenue (with 10M from allograft product sales), if they grow at mid %20s for next 3 years they will be there and there abouts.
I do also think this current setup of management is for stabilising the business and achieving full potential of it organically, so will have to see new directors come in before and big moves.
On big pharma, my understanding is that they don't want to deal with the complexities of human tissue management side of things. The technology itself could be attractive and if TRX can prove it's potential for the pig allografts, then it will appeal to the big pharma as this business is scalable exponentially.
Super well run company with niche sector in defensive healthcare market segment. I do not want to see any move to NASDAQ for at least 3 or 4 years. I want the company to carry on exactly as they are doing, expanding and developing new markets and growing by 25% each year to achieve solid profitability. By all means draw up the expansion plan to meet the next level (s) of demand, but let the plan be carried out by a larger pharma company seeking to move into this segment. For me it is a question of when not if, and the longer it takes the higher the takeover price. In the shorter term I can see more micro cap institution funds adding TRX to their portfolios.
Saw the rns at 07.00hrs and went back to sleep. At least my throat is still intact! Good news on a bad day though. Patience favours here..
This reassured me that we should not see share dilution now.
Share dilution has been my experience of AIM. At last I have found a well run business. JJ
Thanks RN1 - I suppose we'll just have to wait and see. I'm certainly more than happy to be wrong :-)
Hi Ginandmilk, minimun bid price is not at all an issue. The company will issue ADRs, each ADR could be 100 ordinary shares. So at 1p/share, 1ADR will be $1.2, but the more likely senario will be, we will have 1:10 consolidation and ADRs could be issued at $12 with 1:100.
This kind of thing is bread and butter stuff the more important thing for us is 'WHY we should list at Nasdaq?' - I think TRX should now accelerate its growth to reach 100M revenue by 2026. Organic growth at 20% is difficult as they start hitting 50M revenue, so they have to buy growth for which the cheap capital could come from Nasdaq listing (US values this more than AIM, provided TRX can prove that they can grow for next 3-5 years). The other alternative is PE buy out, as this will be perfect for them to buy now and IPO again 2024/2025.
