As someone has already said earlier , share consolidations never do anything for the SP. In my experience, expect a drop whenever it happens. Anyway , back into the bottom drawer , need at least another 18 months here to get to 1p I would say.
10 and 25 million trades appeared today... no PI money there. Uncertain whether buys or sells, if they were sells would have tanked the SP?
Well that's that then , what gonna shift it now?
Bozomurky,
right..my typo...thanks
Another reason for the share consolidation could be that the company is considering a listing on the NASDAQ in the next few years. It would certainly make sense, with so much of the business based in the US.
i expected more of a rise with this news.maybe big pharma engineering alarge buy in the background?we can hope.or a buyout.
Poker
I thought it was a 1:100 consolidation...so 60p
Happy with the results obviously, and happy with the proposed share consolidation; I would have liked to know what level of profit was generated in the last quarter, releasing that information may well have helped the SP rise this morning as it would have given us a guide to what the FY23 EBITDA could reach.
Great set of results, being saying for a long time they need to consolidate shares, happy that is happening. Share is flat on opening hope to see a rise as news of results spreads. GLA
Well positioned now for extra investment.
Quite relaxed about my holdibg here. Rns looks good.
The share price of 6p will have more stability now the credit facility and confirmation of no fund raise has been announced
You will always get movements when any day to day sentiment moves the dial , and that is generally related to sector concerns and external factors ...however , the company itself is showing its maturity and experience in terms of manoeuvring through the risks and opportunities
We really should be at 1p by now; the results justify it. JJ
Whilst I like the results, it does though appear that the only thing not already priced in, is the share consolidation.
Great results ... I understand the rationale behind the proposed consolidation, but must admit I am not a great fan of it ... In my experience the share price usually suffers. LH&K Mafuta
yes robust results in line with the trading update
Share consolidation very much needed for the company's shares to be taken seriously, this company has great management and products and after some difficult years will now pick up pace as it goes forward.
Profitably, sustainable and cash generative. What more do you want? It’s about time mind you, but better late than never!
Growth, promise of more growth, extending product lines and goodness knows what else. I think Jonathan sums it up best:
A combination of the team that we have in place; the products we currently have and the pipeline of new products we are developing; the commercial relationships we have and the distribution base that we have established all give the Board optimism about the future, both short and long term, for the Company. We believe that we are extremely well positioned to take advantage of the opportunities in front of us and to create a profitable, sustainable, cash generative company for shareholders.
For the avoidance of doubt, there is no present intention to raise any equity capital or issue any further shares in relation to our growth plans as Tissue Regenix is more than adequately funded to execute on its strategy.
The Group revised and expanded its credit facility to USD10,000k (from the current USD5,000k), and the credit facility term has been extended to 2028
Results in line with expectation. A 1:100 share consolidation this year - should help. I haven't read the detail yet; hopefully no bad surprises.
20.65 buy at the death .someones confident.
I hope so but judging from update it is likely to be progress as anticipated (which is excellent) and I hope an improving picture as we move through 2023. Honestly, for once an AIM company that does what is says on the tin, does not over promise and runs its business in a fiscally prudent way
Hope as you say there is a pleasant surprise tomorrow but I am happy with things as they currently look.
GL
im expecting much improved sales and a good profit.fingers crossed.
