We must be due a 6 month update as to how the MS trial with the both the original and expanded access patients is progressing. Would supportive data have been supplied to supplement the Orphan Drug status application? Appears a lot of news and updates are due in the next 4-6 weeks.

My take: Options at 0.25p current share price 0.70p. Looks as if TCF are expecting Stalicla monies before the end of 2024, to enable options to be exercised and shares sold for a staff Christmas bonus.

In the last month or so the volume of trading in TLSA shares is well up on what we are used to. Regular volume of between 300 and 500k shares being traded daily. There seems to be a real interest in Tiziana Life Sciences at last.

Thanks for posting. Retaining the NASDAQ listing is a huge relief for everyone because the shares remain easily tradeable.

Just hope sufficient progress has been made to leave the $1 valuation way behind.

The Orphan Drug designation, if granted, will certainly help, but I wonder if something bigger is finally going on in the background.

Also long term holders are seeing an opportunity to cut their losses and get out, and taking it. So share price will fall on heavy end of day selling. Is there something of substance going on behind the scenes which will make the share price fly? Who knows, I don`t.

When I saw that Vortex X site feature I thought it had actually launched, I am still unclear whether it has. However if all the strands come together and Vortex gains traction we could be onto the winner we always hoped for. The key sign will be a flurry of large buys and then the re-appearance of our former influential and knowledgeable posters.

Yes will it really be "different this time". Stranger things have happened. As the shallow wells show it all very well achieving good initial flows, its sustaining them which is more difficult.

Great news, shares only closed at $1. In the old days might have been $2. Just hope some momentum can be gained in the coming weeks.

I have said it before and say it again, for me the real strength and effect of Foralumab will be as a combination drug with other neuro disease specific drugs from other pharmas. I hope TLSA are working on this and something is announced soon, perhaps that will finally give the share price lift off. A $5 share price is not out of the question.

The company using TCFs offering are refusing to pay out the milestone payment of £5.5 million (?) which is now due. So great caution required here in my opinion.
