Prion, AFAIK if they are still in your account they should be tradeable (again AFAIK you can trade them for a quoted sum during NASDAQ opening hours). My thinking is that if your account could not cater for US stocks you would have been asked to transfer them out (or sell them prior to transfer to the NASDAQ. But DYOR on this with HL please.

Spread shown as 20% but the last two buys were well under 20%. Very often it appears the small buys bear the biggest spread % , but I expect the large buys will as well. I guess the higher spread deters the day traders? I think punters have to make a decision with BLU and either take the risk of potential high rewards or losses or steer clear.

I get a real buzz (I think we all do) on those days when one of our stockpicks goes ballistic, loads of buys, loads of trades, price rockets, tree shakes, loads and loads of bulletin board posts, we are going to the moon, we are going to crash, should I take profits or hold on etc. Its exhilarating!

It looked all over in November, but I hung on, I really enjoyed the pump n dump on 3rd December, decided not to sell into that rise, I hung on. The share re-organisation and a hot crypto sector appeared to give new hope. I enjoyed the share price action around the 7th January and 13th January, and it became clear there just might be the chance of BLU fulfilling its potential. I will be strapping in for an exciting ride tomorrow or whenever the big day arrives.

Blue Star (AIM: BLU), an investing company with a focus on technology, announces that it has agreed heads of terms to acquire the entire issued share capital of SatoshiPay Ltd ("SatoshiPay"), subject to certain conditions and due diligence (the "Proposed Acquisition"). The heads of terms provide the Company with exclusivity in relation to the Proposed Acquisition until 31 October 2018. Accordingly, the Company has agreed not to convert the €200,000 convertible loan note ("CLN") made to SatoshiPay on 1 December 2017 until such a time that the Proposed Acquisition completes or is terminated. The Proposed Acquisition, if completed, would constitute a reverse transaction.

Statement: We the shareholders believe you - the Board of UFO - have no intention of bringing any of the companies assets into production. We come to this conclusion because you have done (**** all) nothing to get contractors onto the iron ore site to get it up and running. Not only do you appear to have no intention, you also appear to have no competence to deliver for shareholders. Clearly it has, our day in the sun now eclipsed by another share of the day and the hot money seems to have gone over there, not a bad strategy actually, if you see a bandwagon jump on it, but jump off when the music stops.

The reasons for Meinhard Benn taking a 8.34% stake of 2,750,000 shares?

AFAIK MB has taken a less hands on role at SatoshiPay which is a private company, he clearly has faith in what it has and where it is going. BLU currently has a 27.9% holding in SP. MB may simply think BLU looks a good investment on what he knows of SP prospects.

As already suggested because SP is a private company it may be looking for a public listing and BLU would be an ideal vehicle to reverse SP into. Buy up to 30% in the market, negotiate a price for Mr Slater`s stake and reverse SP into it.

My take? MB has bought a nice round number of shares as a personal investment as he knows BLU share price will rocket when all SP offerings are a success.

Written Accustem off, afaik its technology has been overtaken so has no viable business to generate any revenue.

Its easy, there will be a placing before the end of 2024. There might also be a JV announced as well before the end of 2024 but I would not hold my breath.

This company anticipated cashfow/revenue in 2022/23? Its now 2026 at the earliest. UFO needs to raise lots of cash to keep the lights on.
