The beauty of an SP that’s currently in the trough is you can make a big dent in your average. I was at 65p now 27p. Admittedly I waited for some positive news but I’ll take it
That's very true. If TGR have been given word that the VAT will be paid this week the 'imminent' covers it and yet that news has the potential to cause a 50% reaction from 6p. Why? Because it's more than the stated capital TGR need in the short term and it's completely non dilutive so it changes the outlook and carves out a path to significant operational growth. Also because the market doesn't buy anything management says still so despite the 'imminent' it will still be viewed as a surprise by the market.
Really would be ideal to get confirmation of receipt this week.
Not necessarily insider trading, VAT due imminent if it turned up tomorrow we have all been told so we are all in the loop.
However the shipments RNS would be insider , however that came out yesterday morning , again common knowledge . So no insider trading.
VAT news would not surprise me if it landed this week .
I would imagine that even the director who made the purchase must be surprised at just how much of a shot in the arm that was for the share price!
Certainly very +ve news, a NED showing confidence. He can't know anything we don't re VAT refund, one would hope, cos that would be blatant insider trading. Nevertheless, one wonders.
Still, given the history here, think I'll want to see more concrete newsb4 risking any cash in TGR.
Buy of 40,000 shares is showing as a sell
Kasiya Rutile-Graphite Project - Sovereign Metals Limited. These guys claim finding a substantial deposit of Rutile near Lilongwe Malawi with graphite as a by product. Time will tell.
The maximum safe weight load a 40ft container can hold gross is just less than 61 tonnes. The empty container weighs just over 4 tonne so maximum net capacity is just over 57 tonnes. The flakes being of a high density means a 40ft container would be marginally over half full.
The 27.5 tonne max capacity is to facilitate cranage and road transport limits I guess
Graphite has a low SG - about 1.4 tonnes/m3. So a 40ftx 8ft x 8ft container can theoretically hold about 40x 8 x 8 x 1.4/35 = 100tonnes max probably more like 75 tonnes.
Oldslow65 - excellent summary.
vote of confidence from director buy, shorts negativity instilling fear, now the company is selling graphite flakes (achieved 97% purity with this high value high quality product) and rolling monthly contract will buyer, generating revenue and significant inquires received for product from markets globally
Run1 I agree far too early to gloat but as I’ve had to deal with his constant misinformation campaign I’d like to hear his thoughts on recent events. I’d like to see what negative spin he could put on the latest RNS.
Certainly, but those that kept claiming this will be suspended any day to ramp up the scaremonger deserve calling out.
Saluc, I think it's premature to gloat.
I really appreciate the 23% rise so far today but I must admit I'm finding it hard to celebrate a share price of 6p, like many of us here I'm deeply under water here with an average of 17p. The glass is still half empty.
Thanks for info Dave
Well they did their shake and got a few but already it's back to NT to buy at 6p and 5 v 1 on L2 so it must surely edge up from here.
No, i miss him to , not )
Has anyone heard from @tomorrowyesterday???
As we have large flake(97% purity) and are one of a small handfull of company,s outside of china, and china is holdong on to there stockpile of rare earth minerals with a trade war with america(chips/cpu,s) im surprised we havnt sold more with ev car sales globally going up 30% predicted just this year on new lower priced cars from byd knocking tesla from the number 1 spot, this should rerate us back up with a confirmed deal from germany, you only need large flake for high end battery manufacturing, this company has the lowest production costs in getting the graphite out of the ground and we have trebled our output ability, this is looking very good .
6 mm's all 5.5-6.5p.. Singer mm not playing 4.5-7.5p
Online 5.75-6.15p so they are def trying to kill it off for a shake
Hoping for the VAT refund that would do wonders to the share price
All we need is the big RNS we hope for and we are out of here ^^^^ up and away .
Fingers crossed
Very pleased to see that this morning - the only thing missing from premium order update was volume figures and the concrete commitment of a monthly shipment, but combined with a director purchase we're beginning to see shoots of confidence which will hopefully provide the base for a re-rate
I agree - I bought cause this looked strong for an almighty move
