Just a bunch of fluff RNSs after each other - thought Puravi was hired to improve comms
Because the VAT refund is only imminent and not in the bank!
Its very quiet here. ive got my eye on this one. last placing at 11p, only needs anther £1m and the vat refund should take care of that. so why is it so low?
Tick tock another day another new meaning to the word imminent

It's a very lengthy article, but you can read, or sellect all, cut and paste and read later.

Agreed but Mr Alastair Bath did state at the end of a recent interview that he was available to discuss TGR and also the wider Graphite market, also said he was willing to meet investors in London.
Positive to see the SP back to the same price we were a month ago, could we have finally seen the bottom?
Disappointed that the investor meet still hasn’t been called, especially as there is still uncertainty until debt finance is agreed or the VAT refund finally lands. Agree with Plaza that next week holds potential for a wave of buying but with the SP decline in recent months this will only happen if there’s a stronger forward looking outlook
Shishir can provide this with an interview so I’m hoping this is called asap in April
Exciting and with graphite prices rising it seems like
A day closer to vat refund, this is ripe for recovery
Possibly the last day to buy at under 6 p . IMO
As I am thinking to buy more on Monday being the new tax year Isa and all that, there could be some serious buying Monday morning . Through in a positive RNS next week and the share price could be a little different by next Friday. My predictions only DYOR
Still looks good mid price to sell 5.85p and 5.98p to buy so you can still get stock and 3 mm's holding out at 6p offer atm
52 share sale was probably Botty McBotface.
Who sold 52 shares own up
Well pay your money and take your chances... the next rns will either be VAT refund in the bank (share price soars), a placing at 5p (a fall), or CFO/new NED related.
I see value at this price still.
Are you after my shares or something, I think . No shares to buy and lots can be sold . So maybe you are wrong
Imminent is a very unprecise word!!! Could be today, tomorrow, next week, next month even next year or sometime never.
Smell a rat
$2m, "imminent" on 7 March.
So a month later, nothing. Odds on, imv. that if it ever does arrive, it will, for only vaguely explained reasons, be less than $2m.
I have zero confidence in any statement the BoD makes, sadly.
Currently on pause…. Think VAT news could be the catalyst here to a decent move up
Online is still miles different from monitor of 5.2-6p...5.61-5.94p so just over mid price to sell. Probably holding it back hoping some people sell for tax losses given the huge drop in price this stock has done in last 6 months
My thoughts are, VAT is imminent as 1 month has gone by sinse the rns so we are a lot closer to the day.
I also believe Poddar is waiting for the cash so as not raise , he probably knows the date it will be returned and
this is why he is so patient with getting funding.
Also I can still sell half million chares on HL at 5.5 p , i see this as a good sign .
If the VAT refund was imminent and still no sign after a month the debt must be a year away
Mm's still will not move. 5-5.8p and there is a buy order in auction at 5.86p weird they do not buy in around 5.75p in open market 46k so look out for the UT at 9am
Imminently ;-)
