The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Good point tbf Saluc, and at least 2 of the group seem to know each other well with extensive history between them together, have they worked with the 2 previous NEDs in the background for a while to lower the share price and lower sentiment through noise online on here and Twitter etc and fed information to each other to build up to this? Seems like the lower sp has suited their interests?
They sound a bit murky when I think of it like that not sure if I like their approach, do they each have integrity anyone know from their previous roles? That share prophets articles seemed to suggest a couple of them are a bit dodgy. Even by using share prophets as a news outlet suggests you’re dodgy it sounds like.
Saw some interesting graphite news, still think prices are on the move just need a link to a forecast or something if anyone has one please share.
Wow just seen the news. Actually originally bought this for a trade but wow does this requisition group actually think they can do better than the team that built the entire thing? TG is still a massive capacity producer no? opportunist from these 4 methinks to ride the wave!
What’s the risk of replacing the current management? who will actually bring operational delivery etc? Share price down 4% today suggests not many people think this new group could fix things?
Still looking for a link to graphite prices btw pls
I’ve been invested for all but 5 seconds but even I have read the equity raise RNS in January where management took like £600k in shares in place of their cash salaries so he may have a high salary on paper but it doesn’t look like he’s getting much of it!!
Still here for the risk reward ratio and waiting for some of these guys posting to share any links or any real information!!
Yes seems like some people are just talking about stuff that is already known about, still not seen any links to any new information despite asking for it from them, why are whoever these people are attacking this company? Who are they? They seem in particular to dislike the leading management? - All this chat has actually made my do research to support my recent entry for a trade and it’s quite impressive:
- TGR is a leading ex China current producer and is nearly profitable
- it’s like the 2nd/3rd largest producer outside China even at the current levels
- it has leading low costs of capex because of in house capabilities and the technology of and links to the founders
- if TGR was to use another supplier, the overall capex would probably be double what if has been if you look at some others wanting to build projects outside China - so instead of say £20m invested in Madagascar they would have had to invest £40m to achieve what they’ve got at the Madagascar projects.
The above is pretty amazing?! Also I’ve read a couple
Of the annual reports now and all the related parties are disclosed and all of it is audited for each year!
Never got answers to my questions - isn’t TG a nearly profitable graphite miner?
Not sure if there are any others that are? I’m new but think risk reward looks good here, priced to collapse but why there’s a growing biz.
Can those below send some links pls or tell us more thanks otherwise just seems like you’re making stuff up!
Very comforting update - work on the ground in multiple aspects is a very good sign. Typically building confidence in a resource is used to add reassurance on life of mine for prospective offtakers and funders - that’s what I expect this is part of. Fingers crossed entry is looking good, will add further if starts to move as think there’s good promise for a strong technical move - even better if driven by fundamentals.
