It would be nice to see some news here next week - I’d settle for 1p but would be well impressed with 10p - as would be my children
The tension is building , I do hope we won' t be let down with the result , come on folks give us some joy
10p please…:-)
Should be some news shortly after 1st October. Lets hope its all good.
I would be well pleased with 1p !!!
Could do with some good news here to offset the frustration at oo
Won’t be long until we get an update on the takeover?
Thanks for the reply did not realise it would take that long , but fair enough 1p would be lovely but so long as we go blue I will be happy
I believe it was announced that the end date for resumption is 31st October but hopefully it won't go right down to the wire. Early October as a guesstimate. Obviously the sooner the better! The big question is how high will it go? Is 1p straight away too optimistic? Thoughts welcome.
Wow you can hear the echo here any idea anybody when we might get news ?
Thank you :)

Oops my error. moniman - that was from April ??
Moniman - you couldn’t buy these they were suspended ????
Can anybody tell me the ticker to the other chat board on les, I can't find it and it's not MOG
thanks in advance
Oh I’ve seen it, lots of talk on advfn
What deal?
Can anybody help clarify the deal please?
I can see how issuing 9.6bn shares at 0.472p gives the 45.2m consideration.
How does this then end up with a valuation of 11.76m? How do I bridge 11.76m to 45.2m?
They then go on to quote a 50m Market Cap?
What's your evidence for this please? Was hoping it was for Open Orphan spin off.
Also find it difficult with 2. Chat boards here.
company from Israel reversing in to UKSPAC - Exciting times ahead
I've just make another small purchase of 175,000 shares this morning via SIPP, but it's showing as a SELL... so can't rely on LSE trades to see who's buying or selling......
There seems to be two SPC BBs........
Let’s hope this one takes off too.
As at present UK SPAC is just an empty shell and this is the first post of many, i hope.
I think it would be appropriate to play guess the whose moving into my shell.
Here is my idea, may seem slightly ridiculous, yet possible - although not likely probable idea of what UK SPAC business might grow up to become.
"THE City of London is being urged to dramatically increase its investment in the British space industry in order to help the UK lead a "new industrial revolution"......"The Government wants the UK to control 10 percent of the global space economy by the year 2030.
However according to Will Whitehorn, chief executive of the UKSpace trade association, investment is needed to help turn this vision into a reality.
Speaking to Express.co.uk he said: “I believe a new investment trust to invest in brilliant space companies is needed on the London Stock Market."
“On Wall Street Space companies have raised billions and in the UK nothing has happened yet and that’s got to change!
"One thing the Government could do is help get the City financiers in London as engaged as they are on Wall Street to this new industrial revolution.
“I believe a new investment trust to invest in brilliant space companies is needed on the London Stock Market.”
Virgin Orbit hopes to conduct its first launch from Spaceport Cornwall, at Newquay airport, next year."
"And from a capitalist point of view, let’s not forget that space can not only help humanity but be very profitable for those who are good at it – and I think the UK could be!”
