According to bubble:
Quoting the SP as a rise from recent lows is useful information to help fellow board readers.
Quoting the SP over a different time period, highlighting the disingenuous nature of the serial rampers, is 'negative' and must be filtered. Then commented on. Every single time.
And he got upset when I said he was a hypeman for red/fort? Gosh- this is a tricky one...
If I'm filtered, poppet, there's no need to read my posts and respond each time. This isn't infant school. You're not 8. You're mummy's big boy, aren't you?
Oh look our resident green poster is here must be struggling with the recent rise against his negative stance ,you live and learn ,you certainly got a lot to learn
Future is bright, the future is Copper and gold.....
Typically end for a decent week with a bout of profit taking, but should be back to positive momentum next week .
Have a good weekend SOLGers.
Add, before I go into detail, two questions:
1) what is your experience? Do you understand much about the sort of corporate action we need here? By way of checking I'll simply ask- what sort of takeover would you expect from, say our newest investors?
2)are you absolutely sure you want me to post realistic information on this message board that will be seen by many as a reason to close their investment for at least 8 months? I am loathed to, as I don't want to influence other PIs.
Tim
Oh no another 10yrs won't happen Talatum,solgold won't exist in a year's time nevermind 10yrs!
Again 81 that's their decisions and if they want to listen to the rampers that's a dangerous game to play.
I'm pretty sure a few have sold on the back of our more negative bb members?
ok buddy as long as you are happy to wait another 10 years of supporting BODs life style
Well that's made my day !!, DM agree to sell when it's about to bounce on news is absolutely crazy imho but hey ho if you need the money then that's understandable I guess but why buy high and sell low ,these investments are med)long term imho I know been here over 10yrs and still invested awaiting my rewards lol!!:)
'81, I still haven't seen your reply. I think we'd find the answer instructive.
I'm not. I was merely pointing out that this stock was trading at 40p 12 months ago , so to say it's up 65% is a bit rich. Yes , 35% & 65% are market facts , it depends which way you want to look at it. I would say a fair few are down , and for me I was actually 50% down at one point. Ok it's come back up , but I'm still down.
I'm not down, smick. But plenty who have listened to the rampers will be. Shame on them and their baseless hype. Insidious stuff.
Gaz and 1981 if your 35%-50% down its your decisions that made you pull the trigger on that trade.
You obviously saw something that would give a return so simply cut your losses or sit tight for a return.
Don't take it out on lth it's not there fault you bought in when you did.
If it helps I think you maye get your investment back soon but no guarantees as this is large tier 1 in Ecuador and nothing is a given.
Gla
1 trade lol!!:):)
At 21.6p , still 50% down. Lets not let the current price confuse folks though. 65% up my arris.
Which trade was your sell Brad?
35% down from 1 year ago, when red was telling everyone it was only going up.
It's all just noise. Hold until next year or the year after and get a decent payout- ignore or trade these blips, if you think you can predict these movements. As most of the rampers here have proved repeatedly, they don't know when this is going up or down! That's why most only trade fictional shares as part of their ramping role.
I have come to the conclusion after so many years this is not worth my investing any more I am going to put my cash were it may well be worth something at the end of the day, as this is going nowhere.
You guys talking about pubs !,well it's fizz Friday shame not to join in after the bell to a couple of ipa and fizz for my good lady ,its been a great week here long may it continue for new and old invested
i think you two had better name all your mates, as one of them might just be the other one! Will we be invited to the reunion?
DBW, plenty of men wearing mustard cords, but not drinking rose. Gallons of beer, more like.
The pubs were incredibly socially diverse (should be up Q's street) and everyone mixed. There were some great characters in the days when pubs were pubs and not tarted-up gastro joints with planks of wood instead of plates.
This has taken me down nostalgia avenue...I wish I hadn't mentioned it! Too many ghosts.
Good grief DBW for the first time in your life you said something amusing.
I still wear cords.
However don't drink rose. And not interested in Morris dancing or indeed anyone else dancing.
Add
Was there an old bloke in there wearing mustard cords and sipping a small rosé that someone else had paid for saying
“Actually these Morris dancers are rather good “
Had lunch in there a few weeks back.
This news has shaken me badly and has left me with PTSD. (I'm only pulling your leg)
I am talking about the Peat Spade Inn.
Just didn't want to name it.
I am now going for a long lie down.
Q, I lived in the environs of Stockbridge for 30 years and we will have overlapped. The John of Gaunt at Horsebridge and The Boot at Houghton were my day-to-day boozers...great places, great people and a lot of happy memories. I assume you're talking about the Peat Spade?
