I thought it was their or there anos, anyway never fear i wont be here long now ,I will stop posting I think just for you so you can spout your rubbish to your hearts content ,many long term holders have stopped and are just waiting on the takeover to be out ,you can join the copperpot club
I should add (in the most disingenuous way possible) don't buy with the herd tomorrow in isa surge as the mm's will be waiting for you and mark this up rather than down. Wait a few weeks for dust to settle... but not too long that you miss the multi billion RNS that we all are waiting for.
Usual caveats apply eg humour attached to the above with pinch of sodium chloride!
I think guess of the day would be....
Spot the plethora of posters desperate for SOLG to pull back to levels which they sold a chunk off so they could get it into ISA season tomorrow.
Tick!
'management apathy'? What leads you to conclude they apathetic?
I hope you're right Bello.
Unless this gets something to reverse the management apathy it will just drift back down again.
Haha Bubble you made me laugh asking if I know what something means when you can't even use your and you're correctly.
And as for give it a rest I think you should take your own advice because a lot of people are sick of hearing the same rubbish you spout every day.
Correction...3 bagger for 1SN if it returned to the January price...
Apologies
Price retrace to about 18p, then up to 26.8p.
Spot the pattern.....
Being transparent as usual, I should own that I sold 100k this am, because I wanted to top up my 1SN and JAY holdings while they both have a chance of a 5 bagger...
Today is the last day of £12,000 CGT allowances, so I'm not unduly worried by the price movement in SOLG, JAY or 1SN, because people do all sorts of trades to manage their tax...
Also, tomorrow is the first day for new £20,000 ISA allowances, so with a bit of luck I can I reverse back in at a reasonable discount.
Finally, in my opinion today's price settling back is healthy because the 14 day RSI had become a bit toppy and needs to settle back before we move ahead again...
Hope this helps...
Ray,I have lots to keep me busy ,no panic here when it comes it comes ,but enjoy the banter and good info along the way here ,spot prices is another that keeps me busy in the evening
If many of you had other investments would you be sat here day in day out looking for some action?
Answer on a postcard
Anon funny you seem to be doing the same thing indirectly if you understand what indirectly means ,give it a rest and let's hope for some news hey
Can you imagine if the price went up today, Red would be sprouting his usual that the gold price is so connected to us because of our name.
Gold is up and we are down so it looks like it doesn't affect us as much as Red likes to think or he just uses anything he can get his hands on to the ramp it up.
I don't think we need to know when you're on the bog bubble
Massive psml !!!comon Mather we trust you!!!:):(:)
I wish I could answer all those questions for you. Unfortunately none of us can. No (official) buyer has presented itself. There are many valuation methods out there. Just take your pick.
Red, movement.....
Now 19.09/19.44 in 300k Bid and Ask...
Fascinating and encouraging...?
Motning Bubble...I still think Easter and markets closing after Thursday is amajor factor, plus today is the last day of the tax year.
Nevertheless I am intrigued by the very low volume and wide spread...
Sales at 18.92 and Buys at 19.46 being done within minutes of each other, with a spread of
Quote now moving up...19.10/19.44 and you can sell 200,000 at the ask and buy 300k at 19.31...
It seems there is still a big buyer around....is it XIB closing or continuing serious interest.
And the low volume and wide sprrad also suggests there are few sellers...
Is this tax yearitis, or Easter wind down, MMs running scared, or simply patinet waiting for the inevitable first bid...
Time will tell, but the price is moving up and it would be nice to close in the 20s before the new tax year buying tomoorow...
Onwards and upwards...
You make a very good point about thge Lassonde curve Steve.
Ingo Hofmaier resurfaced at Firts Tin (1SN) after he left SOLG and as they were about to do an IPO...
SP was 31p immediately after and has since fallen to 6.85p despite two major tin mines coming onstream in 2024 and 2025 in Germany and Australia...if I was a Director I would be pulling my hair out...
Similarly ATYM fell to 8op about a year before commercial production and last year was 448...
And EQX had a 8 year high of 17.6 in 2020 before slumping to 4.6p in February, despite a major new mine coming onstream in 2024 which will give them 1 million ounces a year.
There are plenty of other examples and GGP might just be one of them.
So giood luck and stick around.
Cheers
"In mather we trust". Sorry could not help adding "and in BS we believe"
Lol was maybe a little tongue in cheek
Ofc you're frustrated.
Chin up..
how many buyers are interested in this company someone mentions Glencole? What expects SP will be when brought? and when the expected timeline will happen. many thanks...
