Got a feeling news very soon here imho
Quady I'll be holding for one
Morning addicknt. There was a 3 million buy.
But the 12 million u/c trade means no one bought them.
As matched.
Will however be interesting when markets open this morning to see how many blocks fall in the first hour of trading.
This will give us an indication of how determined people are to hold.
I see these two articles as representing separate issues; the specific i.e as it directly relates to Cascabel, and the general i.e the broader political environment.
As far as the first is concerned, we know we are not in a protected area and have been assured repeatedly by the company that there are no issues. To a certain degree this lies within our control and we have spent millions ensuring the local community is on side.
As far as the political issue is concerned, there's nothing we can do about it other than hope the powers in government recognise that without mining they are consigning their benighted country to yet more poverty and instability. Do the politicians wish to leave their nation in perpetual Third World status, or do they actually want to lift it into the 21st Century? Lasso knows the answer, but do others?
Are the anti-mining interests resigned to the fact that Cascabel is covered by an agreement with government and is therefore not a target of their activism, or will they attempt to halt all mining throughout the country, regardless of location outside a protected area?
We must never underestimate the stupidity of people and their governments, but in a country with little going for it, you'd hope common sense would prevail.
Should we be worried? It would be absurd to brush it under the carpet, but we are not in the same situation as other projects and we have little choice other than to trust what the company has told us many, many times. Will it deter outside investors? So far the answer has been no, and the evidence is there in terms of the investment we've received so far.
We mustn't be blinkered, but nor must we ignore the specific situation of Cascabel. As for the rest of our prospects, I've completely discounted them as having no relevance and no value (I hope one day we'll get a pleasant surprise and I'll be proved totally wrong)
In the meantime, I'd like to know who bought the shares on Friday!
As I read the article this doesn’t effect solg as they already hold an environmental licence yet proves how difficult mining process is within Ecuador....imminent tick tick.

I read daily the optimism of what might happen tomorrow. The unfortunately the above link shows what's happening today.
Only 10 posts showing since Friday. All others threads have been deleted by admin.
Somebody seems determined to disrupt this board by removing any posts that in the slightest way show them up. By them doing this, they simply reinforce why they were shown up in the first place. LOL
.
How many dates for the diary is it now dbw. One of the first dates I can remember, is when we left aim. Do you remember the excitement. It's been followed by countless dates for the diary. Funny thing is, they've all amounted to S. F. A.
I may post an historical date we've been excited about, every day. Covering irwin coming on board, asx listing, equador election, numerous rns, the indigenous Court cases, another election, I will save the rest for my daily posting. Should be enlightening.
Taking so long.
Enjoy a bottle of decent red today DBW!
I've found these podcast a great source of education in recent tines. The most recent being very bullish for SOLG...

I'd say Cov are the better bet Gino . oh yes!
I believe there used to be a bus service 'darn sarf' that was called the 'Green Line'. It must have passed through the site since I last logged on since I can see little else on here!
Who are worse - the disruptors or the moderators?
Anyway, exciting day today. Can Sunderland continue their assault on the playoffs and Durham on the 2nd Division Championship? All will be revealed by cop !
Checked back today to find fort spouting more nonsense about BR. Don't think he realizes these finds aren't spending 'blackrocks' money, but investors and funds who trust their research.
Did he ever explain how br moving between funds lowers our SP? That was a bold stupid swing from a stupid ramper
Fortissimo, your on the ball my friend ,indeed we will see some news in May I think imho it's taken months to clear if that's the case ,the autobots should disappear imho
We'll find out next week via morningstar but Blackrock sold 30m+ last month and has around 20m to 25m left at start of this month.
Funds tend to like tidy month ends so no surprise to see a large one printed with last trading day of April.
MM's have been moving price down to levels they can get these larger deals done so with bit of luck clearing Blackrock might just open up the upside through May.
Wouldn't be wonderful if we got a 60p+ deal signed knowing that Blackrock exited impatiently at 18p to 19p levels. That would be the icing on the cake.
Fort spot on looks like Blackrock
Traded for the day
How’d yea like them apples ???
DM..where did I accuse you of bickering...it was a general comment...day after day, pointless arguments over angels on the head of a pin that could be avoided by simply respecting someone else's opinion and filtering the idiots that could start a fight in a phonebox.
Just...use...the...filter...button...
you will notice that I often get ****ged off but do I respond in kind? As opposed to ignoring the comment, making a validated correction or occasionally when someone like needalife/earthling gets too much, filtering them...
You will also note that I only respond to Quady when that tiresome poster insults me behind my back, because he's been filtered for over a year now and I don't have to read his ritually repetitive tripe...
(And no doubt I'll get at least one green stripe for that...)
Its a Bank Holiday Weekend...the sun is shining...the arrival of at least one bid gets closer by the day...and I'm playing the best golf of my life...off to quaff a bottle of 'The Guv'nor'...beautiful and cheap as chips at £6.99 Mix Six...
Pax DM and cheers to everyone else (well mostly...)
Big deal DBW.
Guessing Slug has level 2 and can see large number of buys and sells unmatched.
It won't change the price.
Yep Slug only knows the basics.
Please could someone else apart from me educate Redknight about automatic trades.
He still doesn't understand them.
