Who on earth said I know better?
You're sounding more and more like your Aussie mate - ignorant, petulant and above all stupid, as you so ably demonstrated over the past couple of weeks. Time for you to grow up a bit.
But I have? Do you know what I've read better than me?!
You're the gift that keeps giving. You have no concept of how you sound when you make your ridiculous claims literally zero self awareness. Ask someone you know whether a total amateur from a random internet BB should pretend to have a better handle on a multi-billion TO than the person leading the company making the TO. They'll start to guide you to some self awareness...
So what I said was wrong was it? Did I make up the fact the bid's been rejected out of hand? Was I wrong to suggest Glencore, should they be interested, are now in the position of knowing what isn't acceptable to AAL, which gives them an advantage?
I suppose it's possible you haven't read a single article about the situation since BHP first bid, in fact it's blindingly obvious you haven't.
It won't matter what anyone reads, add, you'll always be the most correct. Promise... 🙄
Just for clarity, do you think you understand BHP's bid process better or less well than Henry? Do you think the head of one of the biggest companies in the world might know a tiny, tiny bit more than you? Or is your neighbour a more successful business person than Henry?
Great input from slug as ever. Clearly thirsty for comment after a weekend of getting his bottom handed to him.
Just ignore the twat, he’s only after an argument
SH, well it's really going well for them so far, isn't it. The offer has been rejected out of hand and market analysts have said it doesn't stand a chance. So am I far off the mark? Come back when you've read a bit more.
"Because the current lack of news / "trust us we're working on plenty in the background" is wearing a little thin."
Yes, thinner than Nana's wafer thin ham, it's almost translucent.
Not a surprise that Add feels he knows the BHP deal better than the company making the offer. 🤦♂️🤣
If they do its their loss RICH...
Haven't they been pulling together for the last 15 months?
Time to get a plan sorted / funded / communicated.
Because the current lack of news / "trust us we're working on plenty in the background" is wearing a little thin.
Heard the same about Scott also others like Nick and Bob really bullish now. All pulling together for the next period
Henry's trying to be too cute. He won't win with the current structure. If Glencore want this, BHP have conveniently given details of what AAL won't accept, thus making the task easier for Glencore to assess and to price a more attractive offer. BHP would then have to either abandon their offer or rip-up the current one and start from scratch. So far Henry's not played this well.
Hi DBW - I hear you mate, and I’m certainly hoping that the vast majority of shareholders would never, ever accept anything like a measly 23p bid. Atb
Hi Rich
Scott’s comment was ill thought out but he sees it as irrelevant as it would never be accepted anyway
Add - I’m with you there re the £1
Yes I know that even as PIs we shouldn’t be showing our hand, but after sooooo looong in the waiting, I’ll take it and walk away happy.
It’s a darn site better than 23p for sure ! ;D
Mike Henry is greedy. He is offering an "improved" price of £27,53 (around £29 billions) while the current price is already almost the same.
I’d be happy with 99p
AAL have rejected a new offer from BHP. I promise that if they offer a quid a share here I won't reject it.

Explained in the M&A section from 19:40 what junior explorers do to get a bid
Thought it might help Quady understand why they say it’s going to production
She’s well worth a poke
Pretty clear gold is going to rerate and that solgold is and always was a gold play. Clear to some of us anyway
Also note the two protagonists who jumped in on your defence.
Dbw and rk.
Look back and see how many times they have claimed to top up.
Both supporting you.
I rest my case
