Eloro.
It must of gone over your head, where I just posted.
It was good news.
Maybe your overtired, so I overlook, your oversight.
I repeat, it is indeed good news.
But I will follow the lead of the money markets.
Not a bunch of hysterical one share clowns.
I don't include you in that last sentence
NAL old Buddy, I noticed that you took a swipe at those of us who were up late and commented on the milestone which the company has just achieved!
I realise that its significance might have gone over your head. HfH recently posted:
"People are getting confused. SOLG registered to apply for a Phase Change on Cascabel from Exploration to Exploitation on the 6th December 2023. The company then has up to six months AFTER the approval of the Phase Change to execute the Exploitation Contract.
SOLG expects the Exploitation Contract to be finalised and announced prior to the end of the current financial year, ie by the end of this month."
With this milestone achieved, correct me if I am wrong, but we are now on a 6 months count down where construction has to begin if we are not sold by then?
If yes, then that is significant even for me as a Caldwell bearš»
Bet you wish you had the cash NAL, best of luck with whatever your battling with. C
Hfh,
put into perspective,
hystericals please note.
I'm going for about 9 topping up
I am needy are you ?
Added another 10% to the holding this am. As with all proper investments, be patient, grind it out, so long as nothing changes, stick to your thesis and good things happen.
Well done to the Solg mgt. Team, they're doing the right things and all LTHs will do well from here as I expect this to go for multiples of where we are now. @Add, I too like the commercial freedom this RNS hints at.
Ignore the incessant muppets that post here daily, no idea of their mindsets but worrying to say the least. This board serves little purpose any more as its all been said before and its now over to management to get this done.
Best wishes to all those with the vision, fortitude and patience to see this through. C
Just another tick in the box, another milestone achieved on the route to fully derisking Cascabel thus adding further value to the asset.
At this moment in time patience required, as with all investments.
We hopefully say goodbye š to the single digit SP forever.....not much I know but it's definitely welcome š
Looks like old needy got it right again,
SP never moved.
this news, as good as it is, was factored into the SP 6 months ago, when it was announced it would
be signed in June.
what is the matter with you hysterical fools
we still have no buyer
we still have no money.
hence the SP still 9p.
now go back to bed
I agree addicknt, but as I have always said, that construction looks like the most likely outcome as the company has reiterated so many times.
I am aware we would be sold if we got fair value, have always said that, but because of the diverse book, I don't believe that is possible unless we consolidate, otherwise someone would overpay.
BHP have said so many times, that will never happen.
So on our current trajectory we are looking at financing next.
It looks like it was perfect the timing of the thread yesterday " buying/top-up."
The news today is the Icing on the Cake. Here we go again on the new cycle of the share price movements of up and down.
Let's play a game, of how many are going to top up today
Topped up too as this is very close to finally realising its potential after so many years. Average sitting at 13.5p now. Hold on everyone!
The agreement is absolutely 'key' for any buyer as is the Enivronmental Permit.
When you look at the IPA combined with this, it's really robust and gives the chinese, or barrick or bhp etc a really solid legal framework which is exactly what you want when venturing out on a $6bln + project. And that $6bln includes SOLG's Alpala asset cost inc development cost for phase 1 to 2.
Well dated 5 th June 24 so not that old
A heated competition for copper among some of the biggest commodity traders is creating opportunities for miners to negotiate favorable terms ranging from huge upfront payments to extra-long contracts.
Other recent deals suggest that traders are expecting the extreme supply squeeze in copper concentrates may continue for some time. Several mining companies have clinched contracts at favorable terms that would have been unheard of just months earlier, stretching out as far as 2028, according to people familiar with the matter.
Why would anyone get embarrassed needy this is an anonymous social media site with little or no comebacks if you break āchat rulesā or are just plain disrespectful Iād ask you the same question do you never get embarrassed posting the same rubbish 24/7 š¤·āāļø
55p someday soon
Presumably it'll have to find some financing...
Realistically if we have sorted financing by now it would've been conditional on this agreement being signed first.
In my opinion, now this has been signed we are very likely to get some more clarity on where we stand with financing agreements, although there may be other pre-conditions to be met like the environmental agreement.
Great to see progress and news being released.
Hopefully we can now move forward at pace.
Mathers finger.
Don't you ever get embarrassed mate
As we all know, under ānormalā circumstances investment dollars (other currencies are available) follow opportunities, so if we have all invested wisely then that shouldnāt be an issue. Letās see what the share price does.
Got some for 0936, has to be a good deal really, we shall see
Atb
Not sure if this is old news but worth a look....

Q, the fact SC stressed this point as being 'one of the most crucial principles ' in the agreement is revealing.
I think we can assume we'd have freedom to develop the mine, but the critical element is that we don't need government approval to sell the project. This makes any negotiations so much easier and would provide much comfort to any buyer. This is why I think he highlighted the issue.
Oh come on Quady get a sense of humour buddy !!! I'd hate to be one of your children I bet you are like competitive dad from the fast show, (all in good humour buddy)
