Great news for aerospace market, which should further enhance the Senior's position.
Suspicious
Apologies, just reading through the latest raft of RNS’s and the derivative disclosures which typically evade threshold triggers - a bit of jiggery pokery at play
There are no notifiable shorts open that I can see - Sandbar held a position for a considerable time but closed out back in November
Maybe they know something or someone, we don't aye. If a new offer comes it will be interesting. If there's no new offer I think it will slide a bit.
You are correct there are increased shorts.
Am I reading it correctly that there are shorts?
Agree with Teddy, this has G4s style buy all over it for me, there must be a reason they want this business specifically.
Does anyone know of anybody else who might be interested?
Always appreciate a nice bidding war!
Nd
Absolutely. Drop was almost inevitable after last weeks late doors surge. But not too inevitable for me to sell. The climb will be steep and you never know, a 4th offer might be being worked on.
GLA
This is an opportunistic bid. The company is well managed and will recover. In two to three years the share price will be back over 250p. Why sell?
Bought another £3k -bargain imv.
written all over it.
“ fundamentally undervalued Senior and its future prospects”
The prospects part is key
Firming the board of directors value of Senior
To add to my holding.
Long term this one but imo the future is bright.
I think we're in for a bumpy ride over the next month or so, bad lockdown news from Europe, US still a bit all over the place, UK leading the way with steady vaccine news but we need everyone else to catch up before we start seeing a meaningful return to air traffic. GLA, I'm holding.
Goes to show what a director buy achieves
Most of the sector is down bar SNR
I’m glad to see the directors don’t take ic advice either! :)
This is absolutely a strong buy.
£3-5 in 2-3 years
Meanwhile a Director buys 100,000 shares
I’d rather follow the director ! And not the IC
I’m a holder, but was disheartened to read in this weeks ic a SELL recommendation on SNR at £1.15
Good results all things considered.
Impairment creates the loss - that’ll swing around when we’re back to business as usual.
Solid cash position. On track for streamlining business. Can’t see any downsides here provided we’re coming out the other end of this crisis.
Go Senior!
Revenue exceeded estimates, and managed an operating profit. Well played!
I love this share, just keeps ticking quietly along without giving me any sleepless nights.
