To get to the recent RNS announcement, consider all the following had to be completed
"T42, along with its local partner in Mexico, submitted an NRE (non-recurring engineering) proposal for a new product based on a single solution combining both speed limiters and vehicles fleet management. Following several months of development, t42 produced a completely new product, and has completed a 12 month trial implementation of the t42 solution. "
A lot of work has gone into this, and most of the time, we do not realise or do not know what is happening in the background so to speak.
"We are thrilled about the promising future ahead for the Company. Our sustained focus on long-term strategies, coupled with our technological edge and deep client collaborations, paves the way for continued success. With our innovative solutions and commitment to excellence, we are poised to thrive and lead in our industry."
God I hope, there is some substance to this statement and we see proof of this. Brave Talk so hopefully backed up by some orders soon? I live in hope!!!
Customer name is pretty easy to find out...
They've had a spectacular year (the customer). exceeded market expectations and put out a statement indicating 2024 has got off to a great start! Should hopefully translate into more orders for us
There is a notable global surge in interest for 'Lokies' and the associated comprehensive t42 solution
Show me the money $$$$
On the one hand, you have companies trying to make a change to how things are done, pushing the technical frontiers, and on the other hand, you have people posting baseless posts on pump and dump.
Hi there
In response to your question - Management still positive.
Does anyone know how to dial into the AGM?
I've been involved in some companies which managed to "turn a corner" so to speak, resulting in a share price increase and value to shareholders. I sincerely hope the same is about to happen to T42 with their lease model and with some serious orders from Latin America.
For all the hate the management are getting - I still believe they are trying their utmost best, and it must be as frustrating for them as it is for us... Hopefully we continue knocking on the right doors leading to realised opportunities and turn that corner!
There really isn't much point on repeating the same message, bashing each other and the management.. It really won't do anything. We just need to see how this story unfolds and trusting the management to find a way to get us over the line and onto the path to growth.
Excellent analysis Ria

An average of 30 posts a day... all the posts are filled with incredible insights and full of knowledge...
"Empty vessels make the most noise"
I'm sure everyone appreciates the minute by minute updates.
I wouldn't let one poster put me off from buying or selling a stock.. I'd research it for myself...
However I get your point... It doesn't look good but I'd hope serious investors would do their own research and not follow these clowns
Don't trust either of you two.
Both full of $hite.
Well.... I have no doubt that in this particular case, the Ashdod Port will do what they say and will actively promote t42 products among its worldwide partners ... Which includes Maersk by the way!
Nice RNS. More progress and orders
Of course we wont hear a good word being said by the nay sayers.
Lets not forget the company has re-branded, taken a change in direction and is focused on a select few segments where they see their biggest returns for shareholders.
They have numerous pilot projects on the go. They have signed some big agreements which they were clear about (in the AGM) will take time to kick start...
The demand is there and this is evident across all companies in the sector where they are reporting massive increases in enquiries and potential sale leads.. We are in the same boat, however at the same time we must not forget this is an industry which has only just started taking IOT logistics seriously and there is plenty of work to be done to educate the industry as a whole...
The insurance industry is STARTING to push companies towards IOT implementation, and its most effective campaigns are driven by providing discounts / cost savings to drive adoption of IOT strategies (based on feedback from Overhaul)
So we are operating in an area which is changing rapidly with the implementation of IOT in logistics but unfortunately it will take time.
On the subject of nice offices - I'd rather they were working in nice offices than a dump..
Good luck team T42 and let's go and get those orders!!!
Hahaha Just seen his posts
Posting on all the different boards, spreading doom and gloom ... Nothig better to do
What a loser
Purchased 100,000 shares on Friday - was shown as a sell on the alt market
Purchased another 100,000 shares today - shown as a sell
Sneaky sneaky!!
