The way I view this - Avi has transferred some of his own shares, avoiding dilution and preserving cash to pay off the loan.

Surely that is a good thing

Actually they don't.

They just need to continue doing what they are doing... continue to win more contracts, increases revenues which at the margins we are talking about, should translate to profits pretty soon... Continue increasing our customer numbers with repeat orders and with this, we will increase our recurring income (SAAS)...

Looking forward to the interim results in September and outlook

I sense optimism. I sense increased orders. I sense greater traction and the market finally turning in our favour. It's taken some time to steer the ship but the rewards are now being reaped.

This is going to be a record breaking year in the history of the company. Once this gets some coverage in the IC or some other main stream publication, this could end up multiples of current share price.

I'm very excited to see where we are when interim results are announced in September. I do feel the revenues will be booked to 2nd half of 2024 though. However full year 2024 should be a great transformational story!

The Linked-In post has some more details. The Client has already ordered several thousand units but made up from smaller orders. On this occasion they have placed their largest single order of 1500 units. Great news and it's extremely pleasing to see the continued momentum that is gaining pace.

Agree - The science works.

But with each phase coming to completion, it is getting more and more de-risked.

We need to be mindful of some things - not everyone is after the 10x bagger. The bigger funds could plough millions into this and be happy with a 20% return.. They are happy to sit on the sidelines and wait for completion of phases or the announcement of a partnership with a big pharma... I guess all I am saying is even though it is de-risked for us, it doesn't mean it is de-risked for some of these larger funds who could plough some serious money into this and be happy with returns (% wise) far lower than what we have in mind..

Why are we talking about ceilings being broken? There will be another ceiling once this is broken and then another one and then another one ... and so on...

Just sit back and let the science do its wonders... As this gets more de-risked, more money will continue to flow in..

Let's be honest. No one knows and there are several ways to put a valuation on this.. What we know for sure are two things.

1. The current valuation by any standards is too low based on the amount the company has been de-risked

2. He who swallows a complete coconut have absolute trust in his anu$

If Avacta became a 60 billion dollar company - my Erectile Dysfunction would be history... I'd walk around with a permanent erection!

Some highlights for me from the latest results are given below

- The company is actively pursuing business opportunities in key markets such as South and North America. These are on top of the ones that have already been awarded.

- Increase in Gross margin. I suspect this will increase further as the tracking units make up a greater share of sales as we go forward

- product reliability has been strengthened through the implementation of new and improved testing methods in our manufacturing processes. This is very important if the company is serious about customers including Customs authorities are larger market players

- Released a new version of flexible shackle for Lokies, specifically designed for a global retail company, enhancing security solutions across a broader range of trucks. – Is this Amazon? Guess we will never know…..

- On the cloud and portal side, we have expanded our services to allow clients to use our systems as Data as a Service (DaaS), integrating seamlessly with their existing infrastructure. This initiative has attracted over 20 clients, - I am very impressed with this as this opens up, yet another avenue for revenues

- custom-made reporting system, integrated third-party devices for Latin American customs authorities, and added new security layers, including two-factor authentication for both web and mobile platforms. – This might pave the way for larger orders now! finally!

- further contracts in in the short- to mid-term.

There was a specific mention of the leaderships confidence on securing further contracts in the short to mid-term, however that could mean anything in terms of months... Short term for some could mean the next few weeks or it could also mean within the next 6 or 12 months...

I also note further presentations are planned together with the release of these financial statements to perhaps some of the potential larger investors. It would be wonderful to have some new investors jumping onboard.

To say the company is busy, is an understatement. They have been very very busy indeed and with multiple new contracts in the short to mid term.

You could argue it was for 2 sec's time span. Pretty good actually.

Whilst we would welcome another good RNS - Long term investors in this company all agree, even if they can deliver on the RNS's issued to date, it should be game changing based on the recurring income on SAAS for connected devices alone!

More orders and agreements are welcome but also equally important is for the larger orders on existing agreements to materialise.

There is another company listed on the London Market - An Israeli based company involved in providing cutting-edge IoT and AI solutions for monitoring goods in the supply chain... Reading their updates it is quite clear the market is busy, customers are finally waking up to the idea and importance of monitoring their supply chain...

The company is confident in their outlook and I can't help but feel we are in the same boat.,. In fact all companies in this highly fragmented market should start seeing the rewards of this shift in attitude.

We'll get there... I'm confident this is just the beginning.

As a long time suffering shareholder I have a renewed sense of optimism. Hopefully this time it's different.

It certainly seems like we are picking things up a gear. Multiple new wins with more "substantial" opportunities in the pipeline. A surge of interest in the products... Hopefully this time it is different and we are finally on our way to better times. It certainly feels like it.

Onwards and upwards!

So a couple of points caught my eye

1. We continue to identify significant business opportunities in our key target markets,

2. t42 is in the process of transitioning its business model to focus primarily on recurring monthly SaaS fees.

Point 2 if achieved would drastically improve profits and pleased to see this is still an objective for the company.
