What do you think? It doesn't seem to be correcting after Friday. Shoot up to £2?
I'm usually a big investor, but I got wind of this via a Doctor friend - and did my research. I am heavily invested in this stock, and most excited to see where this goes. Just unsure when to pop in some more, not that a 6% swing here and there matters when it's going to reach the heights that it will once phase 3 is announced as a success.
Cheering you all on too. This is going to be life-changing :)
That was supposed to say *not a usual big investor
(goggly-eyed from looking at graphs and numbers all morning)
I think the pre read out SP is anywhere from 165 to 215.. Actually saying that, it could go a lot higher if positive rumours start to circulate.
Best of luck!
If the SP is 1.90 this far away from the readout then it's going to be quite a lot higher by the end December. Just my thoughts but this is a potential massively important international covid drug and I just can't see why it won't pick up a huge amount of interest as we get closer to the readout. I think we are in the foothills.
Agree with Skip, I think given the current state of the market with regards to the new variant the smart bet would be moving money from other investments which won’t do so well over the next few months to invest in this with a high chance of making good profits.
If anything this new variant will bring in a lot of new investors I can only see this heading one way now (finally)
Welcome to the board Waitexford. I'm sure you'll soon learn who the sensible ones are!
Skip - absolutely agree, Interest starting....excitement building..we're already @ 191 :o
Do we have an estimated date for P3 results?
Tomorrow is end of trial so results will be analysed, and more scrutiny given as SYN a small company, so prepared to wait until Jan but would love it to be around xmas.
This festive/NY is going to be tense/exciting/most abundant and celebratory one yet for us all!!!
Waite, The 35 day secondary endpoints complete around the 15th December and data will not be unblinded until then. Company has indicated toppling data early 2022 so that should be the expectation but recent events may help to bring that forward but that is a big maybe IMO.
Many thanks MrCrumpet. Yes thankfully spotted the sensible ones. For those unscrupulous ones on here, I understand there's a filter function - so will utilise that if necessary :)
Pleased I stayed in over the weekend: Mrs M a bit happier now too. Not quite as exciting as "Manic Monday" but rather more significant I feel. Well done ALTHs.
engine's warming up nicely, speeds of £2.00 coming asap.
I've given a lot of thought to where the SP will soon be. We are most likely to be taken over by big pharma who with all their global marketing and production facilities would soon make any purchase very profitible. There is a second option whereby SNG licence the product and earn a nice ongoing income for very little effort.
The reason I feel a buyout is more probable is because the initial Directors shareholders are now in their later stages of life and must be thinking of retirement soon? Though against this is the thought that they really are not needing more cash than they could ever spend!
Now for the valuation. Working on £1Bn of value makes the SP worth £5 A fair valuation could be about £5Bn or thereabouts. However when Merck recently announced their new pill its value jumped by £20Bn. So we can see £100 per share.
For me I am looking at about £15-20 per share but the potential here is huge.
CityTrader - that's helpful, thanks.
I was literally finger hovering over topping up a substantial amount last week. I'm keen to know if it's going to correct, and if this is indeed overbought and stochastic. Kicking self for not trusting myself and going for it when it was 172 :S
Don't want to be waiting for the dip that never happens.
Either way, this is so very exciting.
Can Mrs M anticipate an upgrade to Babycham over the festive season or are you holding off on the extravagance until a few weekends after New Year? Gl M
Waite,
The FDA is meeting to discuss the Merck pill EUA tomorrow. If there are going to be games played with the share price it could be on the back of this news.
However, this comment in the Numis note is of interest....
"Indeed, we now understand that the UK Chief Medical Officer has doubts about Merck's Molnupiravir, although whether this is due to the new variant, the potential to be "supercharging new viral variants" (Source: Forbes) or the concerning mutagenic safety profile is to us uncertain."
If FDA throws out the Merck EUA application or significantly limits is use case then this may move the SP higher considering they already have over $2billion in orders with the US government.

Cant even begin to imagine what the SP would do if SNG were in an all day live broadcast meeting for EUA.
Anyone else get the feeling once we break £2 now with momentum and timing we may be able to hold and stay above it for the first time
Will be getting her to stick to the small glass of Bristol Cream, H2, but have located the Babycham glasses in the loft and put the ****tails sticks and those cherry things on order. For info: first time for many years that I have anticipated a happy event especially where my market dabblings are concerned but the logic behind the SNG campaign has always made sense and always looked to be a good opportunity to stick one over the O and C lobby smarta***s and the big boys. GLU2
AJ316. No is the answer to your question unfortunately. Until P3 results are released the stock is likely to blow in the wind.
Woodstock1970. Maybe so, it has happened every other time we have a rise and I’ve always thought of trading but never have. Something just feels different since the new variant news, I feel there’s more sticky hands than ever before. Time will tell.
I think trading in out is getting much more risky now. Its so close to highly visible shareholder demand pull from a totally new pool of non scientific based investors. I'm staying in. You've got to be in it to win it! All it will take is more positive news and awareness awakening from anywhere not just SPRINTER readout.
It’s increasingly likely as results get closer.
Agree AJ. Whenever there has been SNG specific news the SP seems to rise (although not always) only to return to (or be brought down to by Poloygon?) the placing level of 170/175. Maybe this rise is more solid as there are external factors at play?
Just was offered 196p to sell 45,000 shares (I declined). Looks like 200p shortly, then 500p when I shall be tempted to sell half. Average buy price now is over 20p.
Held on to all my shares since buying early April 2020 and topping up along the way. Loved to have traded it but didn't.
Hands firmly sat on.....been here 19 months.......what's another 2 !!
