RE: Synaigen is the last man still stnding02 Mar 2022 23:03
Before golf- unfortunately with no tory cabinet ministers on the board of directors, we are fukckkkked. BungleBoris is only interested in trying to make a name for himself following in the style of Chirchill when in reality we have the worst MP and Prime Minister in the history of the UK, Baldrick would do a better job.
I'm still here, nothing constructive to say or knowledge to add. Disappointed with Monday, still invested and hopeful. Working hard at bar to try recoup funds until synairgen hopefully rises from the ashes. A bit embarrassed as been promoting sng as a treatment and surprised with the Monday rns. Onwards and upwards, a setback but hopeful for recovery and a positive future for covid sufferers and investors. Still fully invested, no spare monies to average down, so I'll ride it out to see the next stage(s). Gla
Sorry to all holders that have lost today, I'm still holding 45,500 shares and overall down as my average is close to 50p. I am still overall slightly up since trying to make big money on AIM, so far lots of highs and lows, such as novacyt, tils, frr, clp, gbp and others. Made a bit on novacyt then tils and sng then lost all the gains. I was virtually up to 185k up at one stage and now back down to about 20k. I'll keep trying and hope I get something good out of AIM eventually. I still think there is life in sng and if I unfortunately contracted covid, I would be happy to be given sng as a treatment. Good luck all and remember sng still works at reducing time in hospital and reducing deaths, so some good can still be had from sng.
I am sure Synairgen have some data from both Activ phase 2 and phase 3 uk/europe & row trials. We will receive full details in good time, maybe tomorrow, maybe next week or even the week after. We've put our money into Synairgen at different stages as we obviously believed in the science and the people in charge of synairgen, I am sure they are grateful for our support but we have to let the experts in synairgen make the decisions and we will be updated at the requisite time. Patients and trusting the BOD is all we need.
RE: New PR representative for Synairgen18 Feb 2022 12:53
Could be Raymond is setting up a triparte or quadpartie agreement for worldwide access to sng001. Production/manufacturing and distribution agreements. Nurturing the golden egg as it is in the final incubation period. I've set my sell price at £25.00 up to 28th February.
My bar is only small (18-20 people) but can seat over 100 outside and we had over 800 for the football. I'm hoping we'll all get out and no division between LSE & reddit crews. We all have the same aims and I hope our big party goes well with no argumentivitive b'stards spoiling the evening.
RE: Price sinking on delayed results, make top up now or 165.16 Feb 2022 10:35
Andy - it normally takes 5 to 10 years to get a new drug out ore-covid days. Synairgen do not have the resources, contacts or lobbying abilities of the major pharmaceutical companies. We got delayed for 6 months by our government showing little interest in helping us as our government wanted as many elderly to perish as possible without treatments and focussing on vaccines from their Oxford collaborators. Fortunately with the 175p fundraise and USA help, we are now close to phase 3 results and the USA phase trial is shortly to re-commense albeit with a huge reduction in major pharma's competitive comparators. All is good with sng, we just need to be patient and let sng get on with preparing sng001 for the world. My average us less than 50p, so a little easier for me than those with higher averages but I have over 99% of my portfolio in sng, so I am very confident on positive science propelling sng onto the world stage. Sng are dealing with some of the most useless governments and bureaucratic bunch of uncaring and inefficient t wats around and they have to carefully dodge the chicanes put in their way
I am writing in response to ACTIV 2 Covid trials in relation to Synairgen's nebulizer Interferon. It would appear the majority of activ 2 participants have been discontinued. Can you confirm whether phase 3 has started with sng001. If not, is there an anticipated start date. Is there grounds to use sng001 in activ 3 hospitalized patients? Is there a possibility that SNG001 could be given eua approval based on Activ 2 phase 2 and use Synairgen's hospitalized UK/EU hospital trial for covid trial. Many thanks
Reply: Good afternoon,
Thanks for contacting the NIH Office of Disease Prevention. The NIH cannot provide medical advice or opinions and cannot comment on regulatory activities. However, have you already referred to the NIH’s information about NIH-Funded ACTIV/ACTIV-Associated Clinical Trials and the associated entry on clinicaltrials.gov (number NCT04518410)?
If neither of those two sources provide an answer, I recommend using the ACTIV Contact Us page to find the most appropriate contact for the ACTIV trial of interest.
Stay safe and well,
Kat Schwartz, on behalf of the Office of Disease Prevention.
Andy - hoping for the best for your mother-in-law. I invested in synairgen firstly in march 2000 along with novacyt and other covid companies and have made 10 x my initial investment. I also hoped that synairgen would have been available over a year ago but unfortunately our politicians and civil servants pretend to care but as they have no financial 8ntetest in small pharma they are only interested in treatments and testing that suits their agenda ie Oxford based, companies that they have vested interests and at the end of the day our leaders only see positives if as many elderly, infirm or poor die. Unless there is a pound note for themselves involved then they don't give a fcuk. As far as our leaders are concerned, the more economically active or those with comorbidities that die then our gov do not care as it saves on nhs costs, care costs and pensions or benefits. It would have been hugely advantageous if BungleBoris had died in march and our government may have taken covid more seriously at the time but unfortunately we have a bunch if self-serving, greedy, self-interested counts in charge. Wishing you and others suffering from covid the best of luck.
