Just a talking shop - US years away from actually implementing anything worthwhile as they have got to talk about it for a few more years yet.
As for Europe - seems no one is in any rush to implement even with the June 2026 deadline, will probably get pushed back as well as OEMs will argue they haven’t had long enough due to covid, wars etc…

One dreads to think where this will be. If they’re decent/good we might get a bounce above 4. It really is a slow motion train wreck
It’s really quite distressing - particular as the FTSE hit an all time high. Obviously no knock-on effect with AIM. Hopefully this isn’t another Bushveld Minerals 2.0. Was 12p our all time high and we will languish around these low numbers forever more? Break-even can’t come quick enough…
Hate to say I told you so....
Terry... you ok buddy

More proof that NETSTAR are deploying DMS :
Key features of Netstar’s AI dashcam solution include:
• The Advanced Driver Assistance System uses a road-facing camera to provide the driver real-time visual indication on safe following distances and forward collision warnings.
• Driver Status Monitoring uses an in-cab driver-facing camera to monitor early signs of driver fatigue, phone usage and to ensure a seatbelt is worn.
• In-vehicle audible/voice and visual notifications coach drivers in real-time to rectify risky driving behaviour on the spot.
• Cloud-Based Platform: The solution’s user-friendly cloud-based platform allows for easy access to video footage, reports, and data, promoting data-driven decision-making.

Could be worse I suppose. Bushveld minerals was gonna revolutionise battery storage and it went to over 50p a share, it has declined for years and now languishing at 0.66p due to many things. There are still people on that BB that believe it will come good and no doubt never sold out. Pdub was an ardent supporter and lost everything there, he sadly died.
It looked like they couldn’t fail.
The new bureau is already delivering value to Netstar’s customers. Blink Logic’s Managing Director Bernardus Bouwer says the new monitoring capabilities have been transformative for his business: “Netstar is backed by the Altron Group, and they’ve got the latest and greatest technology. Their camera system gives me alerts so that I can understand what is happening on the ground. This is impacting our insurance premiums because we have much more visibility. We can proactively manage our field force and we can proactively change our driver behaviour to minimise risk and accidents.”

If people have wasted their time here for 10 years, that is their business. Sadly you have wasted the same time berating a company you have no financial involvement in; that is a tragic sad waste of time. The same goes for the other losers that have no SEE shares but post here to wind holders up. Sad pathetic trolls.
The company won't slide into oblivion though will it! The company has enough money to last to breakeven, a basic understanding of accounts published can confirm this as long as projected sales continue. After that the deadline for DMS starts looming real and as long as a realistic % market share is achieved then profits will increase. Basic Facts.
On the off chance there is any good news regarding this company , its about time it was posted before it slides into oblivion , SEE owes it to the shareholders to tell it as it is rather than the jam tomorrow it has been spouting for over the past 10 years , as always , have A GOOD day

KPIs were 4th May last year so would expect similar timing this year (but the 4th is a Saturday so it may be the following week).
When are next KPIs or financial results?
This needs something to give us a bit of confirmation of continued progress
JC, thanks for sharing the "posture nanny cam", of course it is not just about keeping a good posture in the car, the real reason isn't long term back or neck strain, it is a cunning way of making the airbag safer!
By getting the driver to sit straight, and with their back against the chair, with arms on the wheel at 10-2, 9-3 or even 8-4, then the airbag deployment can be optimal, but sit off to one side, curve your back and move your head and chest towards the wheel, the the airbag will have to deploy more gently, which means that it won't absorb the full impact of your momentum, which can mean that you still hit the steering wheel, or your hands may end up striking your body or face, but that would make it sound like your airbag was at fault! OEMs may prefer to talk about helping your posture.
Of course to nag you, they need to know your posture, which means there is a really good algorithm working out where your skeleton is!!
I start from the conviction that DMS will happen and in particular from this time going forward.
I just checked the revenues of Cipia, SEYE, and Tobii.
SEYE I've remarked before has a small fleet / auto revenues of approx US$8.5m last 12 mnths
Cipia has had static revenues for the last 3 years. 2023 revenues US$5m
Tobii has overall revenues of US$70m - but static and in fact half what it was 4 years ago. Tobii is mainly focused on academic / marketing sectors with small auto revenues
The point for me is that none of those guys seem to have taken the market. Their revenue performance is flimsy and the share prices have been as bad as or worse than SEE.
You can take offence if you want to although the particular person I am referring to has been crying for so long and loud that it is quite beyond my tolerance levels and is now filtered. I am not fond of Paul Mc even before his original bonus was announced.
Yes call us names cos you were clever enough not to listen to his lies.
But didn't you say the sp would be double for Christmas... old fool yeah
The BMW Group’s EV sales rose by an incredible 28% in the first quarter of 2024.
Rivals Tesla and Volkswagen struggled with weaker demand during the same period.
BMW EV deliveries of its i4, iX1, and i7 jumped 41% in Q1 of 2024.
The car-buying public has been wondering if EV industry leader Tesla’s first quarter of 2024 sales slump is indicative of a general slowdown in EV sales throughout the industry. While sales of rivals like Tesla and others slowed, a substantial increase in BMW EV sales came in Q1. The company’s sales of fully electric vehicles surged in the first quarter of 2024, outperforming rivals like Tesla and Volkswagen, both of which struggled to cope with lower demand during the same period.
The company said that “the increase in sales of fully-electric BMW vehicles benefitted from a balanced performance across all major regions of the world.”
