So he didn't say desperate or easily. When you spoke with Ken he was the ex CEO?
I get it that that people concerned about lack of news and sp slippage but let's keep this factual.
Behavioral investing is a very interesting topic and looking at the board over the last 3 weeks a topical subject.
safestocks isn't an expert. Just holds a strong opinion and - perhaps previously - had a good source on info.
Eyetracking, that’s really interesting, sell at 12p right away, yet we have got cenkos saying this should be bigger than Mobileeye and “experts” such as safestocks and semicast telling us it’s going to be global dominance and researchers on here saying the SP is going to be in the pounds and not pence.
Clearly someone is not telling the truth here, either Ken, Cenkos, Paul, Safestocks or even you. Did Ken really say that?
All I know is this constant up and down in SP, constant carrot dangling about deals to be announced, constant research on this board that links us to all and sundry is not good for my health.
I’m going to wait until the end of the financial year results and if contracts and license deals haven’t been announced by then then I’m selling if it’s above my average.
And there we have it, thats why his options are so low.
Their failing....badly by the sounds of things and they dont know what to do.
Directors, ceo, coo leaving by thr droves and promoting within.....all the hallmarks of poor management controlled by existing forces for getting as much money out of the company as they can!
MrBB,
He did not say the word 'desperate' but he said if someone had offered them 12p they would sell right away.
ET-did KK really say they were "desperate" to sell last year & that they would "easily" accept 12p per share.Perhaps you could clarify Ken,if you still look in ?
Yea I know, the sudden and 'we're all doomed' attitudes actually amuse me, Baxter your my favourite profit of the apocalypse (but then I'm Scottish and the irony isn't lost on me). I have 2.5mill+ of these and have done for over 6 years, I will sell the lot when I'm happy with the price that I'm happy with... as will many others.. no doom, no 'bad news imminent', no bashing the company comms.. just simple math... on saying that I hope the company delivers this year as I intended to be out quite a while ago. I might sell at 6p I might hold out for that missed opportunity of 15p (hindsight ehh), who knows..
I'm beginning to feel like a Millwall FC supporter, 'Everyone hates us and I don't care'.
S7eve083,
Numbers are good but they don't want to release them.
Can anybody tell me here why the management is pretending that we are still at 16k installations? What's the purpose? To collect cheaper shares for their buddies?
I am just tired of seeing a company with so much potential being treated this way. There is so much talent in the company but management keep disappointing. We know the fleet installations are over 20k and that they have won contracts with more OEMs. Just release the RNS.
The days of directors leading from the front a showing their faith in the company they run by buying shares , not receiving free issue seems to have long gone , I would certainly do so if I had faith in the product and medium/long term outlook , but what do I know as i,m only a voice of one crying in the wilderness , as always have A GOOD day
Flutter - This board is an outlet for some SEE holders. Some other SEE holders may not use this board for that purpose. I use it to post relevant information and to express my frustrations.
That filter facility exists for a purpose
Thanks ET, keep going... we need to shave at least another 2.3p off the share price... then I can fill me boots again. ;-)
Flutterbutternut,
We know the potential is huge in the company but they are working for their own interests. They are overpromising and underdelivering. Exactly the opposite of what a management should do.
I really shoud take a break from this board.. The confused messages, the 'Instantaneous' change of sentiment depending on whether we are a percentage point up/down. It's all a bit crazy in here...! Its been ONLY 2 weeks since we had a slew of information and RNS's (all very positive) and yet "the company tells us nothing", some in here are as mad as a box of frogs.. So what, someone somewhere sells a few, which in turn triggers someone else to sell a few, then Panic so everyone sells a few.. when the price hits an inflection point someone somewhere will buy a few, which in turn triggers someone else to buy a few, then panic so everyone buys a few..! personally I'm hoping for more of a drop, as I have some spare cash and would like to buy quite a few more of these... so please continue the company bashing, I'd like more at around 3.5 - 3.8p please.. thankyou. This company is awful, you should all sell up and give your shares to me.!!!
Most traiding is done on sentiment and through automated computer algorithms, if the sentiment is down the share price will reflect. The only people that can manipulate the price of this in the way some of you seem to think.. is YOU.
We believe in the company more than the management itself. I spoke to Ken, he said they were desperate last year and would easily accept a bid of 12p(Before dilution) if there were any. This is how little they believe in the company. Paul has yet to buy 1 shares from his own pocket.
No, I don't believe it's that. It could be profit-taking from people who may have wanted to sell at 5.75 but didn't and are therefore selling now to snatch what profit they have left. It could be something else. I don't know. I'm almost past caring.
It's all rosy according to Paul, Cenkos, Semicast, Safestocks etc etc and yet it all feels subdued somehow...it's very hard to tell without proper news...I'm ****ed off with researching this stock. it's almost as if we're filling a void left by SEE management
We have dropped just under 18% in 2 weeks.
Now 4.75
