How much does attending BIO cost? Think we've worked out how to get time with our CEO ;)
Attending BIO 2024? Click below to send Tim Mitchell, Sareum's CEO, a meeting request in the BIO partnering system #BIO2024

It appears Tim will be attending #bio2024 I might be wrong but was it not Parker who attended previous Annual bio meet ups? I might be thinking of something else to do with a different conference.
Really low volume today. Maybe the Mm's are working one big trade for RF? If they are selling, we should see some chunky trades this afternoon, these will be the buys and then an afterhours corresponding trade for the sell. Bit different to the usual RF MO though. Could be a transfer from RF to an anonymous HNWI? What does level 2 tell us? Anyone?
On a quick break between meetings. Fantastic news yesterday that RF are now out barring their final stack of warrants, which will hopefully clear this week. Looks like we are now at the bottom, IMHO as soon as those warrants are cleared the SP is going to start rising. Picking the exact bottom is going to be difficult, it might drop by possibly 10% but as soon as we are clear of RF I think it will rise into the 30's quickly (and that's without news).
I will look to top up (probably tomorrow or Friday) as soon as I have a gap in work meetings/ travelling etc.
Hopefully RF aren't cleared before then.
Happy days!!!
AIMHO DYOR

COME ON SAR!!!!!
Whilst the market disposes of the exercised warrants there is likely to be a slow decline in sp before picking up again as buying outweighs selling again. Hopefully will clear and pick up again next week. All good though and not too long before we get back into the 30’s
Interesting read Nov 23 in link below.

Vet pertinent and easily over looked regarding 1801.
'Preliminary blinded safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics data from the trial indicate a favourable profile and support once daily oral dosing of patients.
· These preliminary results indicate that SDC-1801 has the potential to achieve therapeutically effective dose levels with no serious adverse events.'
Note it does not say little to no serious adverse events, but no adverse events.
Attention to detail is paying off.
Effectively, what limits the effectiveness of a drug is its safety profile, the effectiveness is limited by dose tolerance.
Safety is of the upmost importance and if not adequate will be counter productive to the benefits of efficacy.
'In preclinical the compound was tested at over 30 times treatment dose with no observed adverse events.
Phase 1 a completed biomarker and PK data results to indicate areas of potential best treatment.
A lot of attention to detail gone in to getting the compound right.
I expect them to forward sell during the week and there should be enough buyers to mop up those shares. RF will then be fully out of the picture and the sp might begin to climb steadily on anticipation of P1a results.
Once news hits there will be many short termers or traders selling out to make a quick buck plus a few LTHs who took part in the WRAP taking some profit but knowing greater things may lie ahead. Dependant on what the next news actually is, the sp will surge or tread water pending something more substantial from the BoD e.g. excellent trial results would be good, a partnership or on-license would be better news etc.
What are the thoughts on share price movement given RF is formally out though they have options to sell ?
Hi Lucain - before the inevitable cheaper generic versions appear, do the large pharmas just shrug and sit back saying, "well, we had a good run, didn't we?", or do they look to acquire the latest blockbuster drug in order to protect their profits?
The pharma world is an arms race. Your competitors may now have access to lots of cheap machine guns but you've just invested in stealth bombers.
Nobody suggested the J&J psoriasis treatment would be withdrawn
However, how will J&J replace the revenue lost when the treatment will become generic due to patent expiry?
Just because the J&J psoriasis treatment is coming off patent, it doesn't mean the treatment is withdrawn. It will just be cheaper, as generic versions come on the market.
Maybe the IR post was suspended/cancelled as part of cost cutting exercise to conserve cash.
It looks as if RF could be out ahead of the BIO conference and trial update. I see this as hugely positive as there would be very little impediment to a strong sp recovery. Profit taking will be a bit of a drag though but demand for shares may be quite considerable.
Lets hope so, I will never understand the route taken by the BoD and it's reasoning - perhaps, one day they may explain!
As I've previously mentioned, a "Wall of Silence" from the BoD and not explanatory comments added to the recent RNS's issued and again Laura Williamson not noted - all very intriguing!
That all said, let's hope the next RNS is a very positive update on data and a pathway forward - in the meantime, I have no care what RiverFort do with their shares as they are no longer an influence over us shareholders.
GLA
Riverfort over in Mast I see.
As those over on Mast Energy (MAST) are discovering...
Yes Potnak they will forward sell as is not an uncommon practice.
They have tried their hardest to destroy the company.
I agree with the last few comments. RF have zero interest in what Sar is doing and they never have. Having cashed in the warrants they will sell as the rate of buying allows.
They've made a lot of money for doing sweet FA, why would they risk it and not cash in.
No reason to exercise the warrants now unless they are selling. They couldve waited until £10 per share and still only paid 10p for them. They will forward sell them this week and maybe into next.
They don't need to take a position. The warrants are at 10p and they can sell immediately for 25p per share.
Irrespective of what may / may not happen to the share price, they can make an instant profit. The common sense business move would be to bank that, not incur additional risk.
Rebster / Aberystwyh - I really doubt they are excercising warrants to "quickly" off load. They know full well the results are due imminently and like us they are going to take a position. I never liked the Rivefort deal but am now quite immune to their intentions - i just want to see a positive results profile for 1801 and then see what the BOD can do with it.
Personal opinion : Share price to remain depressed whilst RF offload by end of May ; That is my wish as I would not like to see RF hold on to their shares and sell > £1 as I have no desire to see them make a load more money from their dirty dealings .. all-be-it that the BOD were completely naive about this underhand funding strategy
Seems like either RF are desperate for cash hence calling in the warrants for a small windfall or they just want out as they p155ed off because they couldn't get us on the cheap...
either way. good riddance to them...
onwards and upwards...
