I don’t know why people would waste their time but most of the negativity comes from people who don’t have any shares in the company
Well just think about this. Even with funding concerns this was holding 4p a share.
With funding sorted and revenues growing I don't see why this doesn't now rocket up, either gradually or quickly.
Maybe needs to come out of the clouds and re read the Strategy update
I’m loving your positivity PD101 👍
Looking very strong now fellas
I’m with Katstrangler you have to look forward and ignore what’s gone otherwise you will miss opportunities to make money
And stx are selling their product at a considerable loss, this wasn’t the best deal I can’t see why we couldn’t have got a loan like stx and many others have, and raised at a premium selling some to Bracco and Nukem. But it is what it is and I’m going to make as much profit from this as I can, I’m already doing pretty nicely from this mornings buys and I do the same with the placing shares
Noone raises at a premium nowadays unless there's a plan in the back pocket for something imminent. and whihc company will throw £/$millions without some substantial guarantees to be in profit immediately. we're not talking cashISAs here.
and, for anyone stuck with a miserable average, you can add 90% more to your holding at 1p so, techincially already 30% up on the deal, before you've put your hand in your pocket!
what's not to like!
forget about the past and look at this as a new company with US access like never before!
I though the 2 supportive US companies would ensure any raise was at a premium tot he current SP. This is not uncommon.
The fact they got this placing away at such a ridiculously low price, at a c75% discount on an already ultra low SP, reflects poorly on both the BOD and the existing shareholders.
Why would you buy out a c20p when you can probably get it for 90% less?
To argue it's a difficult time to raise is rubbish - only this morning Nightcap, which is indebted and loss making, raised at 5p when the SP was under 4p.
Essentially the BOD has just shown how out of their depth they are - firstly underestimating the time it takes to get sales over the line (STX has a really good iron tablet and yet they are still struggling 2 years on) and then announcing they would need a raise a year before it was required. Utter madness
So if I understand correctly retail can buy 9 shares at 1p for every 10 held (as of 20 May). So on a holding of 100k shares, buy 90k more @ 1p = £900. Right? Brings the average down at least… ho hum..
Anyway, at 33% up on the day, I won’t be too grumpy with you. You are only giving us the benefit of your expertise. Constantly.
Price is still 30% above placing price
Why should any new investor or trader want to buy knowing anyone who took part in the placing has 30% advantage and will dump their stock as soon as the shares land.
Nope. No no no for me and to think Justin as pumping this at a quid not so long ago
Bigslick its the selling behind the offer that im watching thats where the volume selling is coming from and that not retail their selling hits the bid and is visible
Easily more than 50% of the shares traded today will be buys... would have thought closer to 75%.
this has 1.5 on it by lunchtime... i suspect 2p, possibly before the weekend and the only shake'll be when the open offer shares come online and, even then, the upside of US investment will make this attractive as a hold.
any of the doom mongers amonst us are just following the tropes of their leader, shortprofits and their trolling gang!

“ No, not every FDA submission does strike first time but compared with others this company just feels shabby on the leadership front and that was unsurprisingly (to me at least) reflected in the FDA application.”
Correct. They don’t all pass first time. Thanks for expressing your feelings. Feelings are very important. Even more important. Is your great expertise in FDA submissions. Is that in a professional capacity, or just from skimming it, like most retail investors.”
“I could genuinely see the highly risk of a need for a resubmission.”
I’m not sure anyone investor here would accept “genuinely “, from you, but I’m only judging from your repeated trolling on this board.
“Still, I will not be investing and so we'll have to agree to disagree.”
Well, as of this morning I am invested, so we can agree on disagreeing from now on.
Has that overhang gone yet? :-))
Many years ago I’d buy and sell the same companies shares dozens of times in a morning
I can count but some people could have bought first thing and taken a quick 10-15% gain shares can be bought and sold more than once
80M shares traded so far, freefloat was about 30-40M pre placing do the maths
Sorry if I’m not being clear but I think all the selling is shares that were available long before the fundraising. I don’t believe anyone is flipping the new shares
We might be better off agreeing to disagree on this one JH
Bigslick this is not pre placing retail selling this is the flipping of some General placing shares. Aimho
But I don’t think there’s any flipping going on, I think it’s private investors selling their shares.
BIgslick the only potential flippers are the Peeps that took place in the General Placing
The selling is definitely private investors imo
I think they would be better off leaving it a few days if they want out, this isn’t the behaviour of II I’m sure of that
Jsut because a few shares are being sold for 15% doesn't mean the US major shareholders are going to do the same.
if you have a daft average, you have to choice to buy 90% more shares for 1p, so you're already in profit. admittedly, you'd have to wait for them to be issued and there will be more selling but, if you have a niew thatis longer than July, you'll be quids in.
everyone knows it's the US where all the business is and POLX now has two major US healthcare holders. They're not going to be flipping these... more likely to buy more on the open market than sell for 15%.
think bigger!
The directors, Nukem and Bracco won’t be flipping their shares
