The armchair trader....
Polarean Imaging [LON:POLX] was the laggard heading into the close, down 64%. That comes off the back of placing and subscription news. The deal raised an impressive $10m, with proceeds being used to help to revolutionise pulmonary medicine.

That’s what I do, it’s not an insult directed towards you Xenon, if I hear something I don’t know to be true I search for information myself and try to confirm it myself
DYOR is really the best way to go, especially when you think everyone is lying to you
Xenon why don’t you just google EIS/VCT and government enterprise investment scheme and check it out yourself, you will believe it then instead of doubting everything you read on here
Quick cheap easy access to the NHS and private healthcare companies in the UK, hopefully this will be noticed by CVJ
K3VMC You wrote-EIS investors are buying at 0.7p provided we keep the shares for 3 years. I have no intention of selling before then. Where does it say this ? Also you say you are one of those EIS investors . Is this correct?
Er, that's why I asked? Forecast is 43p. Yet it's fallen ridiculously low over the past two weeks. Some people pumping earlier today it seems - and it certainly looks like it could bounce back up - but I was surprised the placing dud this much damage
You can’t be serious…
I haven't checked in until today for a while. What's happened? Why the massive drop? I invested at 4 and now nearly lost everything
Just waiting for the new building to be completed I reckon
MD Anderson can’t wait to use our equipment for clinical purposes

The purchase will be through your existing platform. There will be a figure and you will say how many of that figure you want. Then they will add to your existing holding. Be nice to get some news in the meantime

JJ I bet there’s going to be a couple systems needed for this site as well, doesn’t look like they want to fill it with outdated dangerous equipment

The directors Bracco Nukem won’t sell, the EIS/VCT won’t sell because they are getting tax incentives for holding, us long term holders could sell but it’s unlikely if you’ve held all the way down to this level that you’re going to sell as soon as the company has a cash runway and the shares are likely to recover. To think otherwise is ridiculous or scaremongering
It's all Greek to me .....
I'm guessing that is for the big time investors, I'm just holding some in a HL cash ISA and was hoping I could add my 1p option straight into that.
Hope that helps you to calm down xenon
To retain the tax relief you must hold the investment for at least five years (VCT) or three years (EIS and SEIS) and it must remain qualifying.
EIS/VCT Placing Shares issued to EIS/VCT Investors, being those investors seeking to invest in "eligible shares" for the purposes of EIS/VCT relief, conditional on, inter alia, the passing by Shareholders of the Resolutions at the General Meeting (the "EIS/VCT Placing")
Theses will be the new investors they will be tied in for several years no flipping
He wrote yesterday-"We express our gratitude to our existing shareholders who have reaffirmed their support in this transaction, including NUKEM Isotopes GmbH and Bracco Imaging S.p.A. Notably, we have also been able to attract demand from new investors in this transaction". Thats 400 million shares to new investors!!! If these new investors are allowed to sell their shares once they hit the market on 17th June then we are all F....d. Can anyone tell me if they have to hold then for any length of time?
Can anyone tell me if the if the $5 million worth of shares given to Private investors have to be held for any length of time as if not then we will be under water till they sell them, and that will be months and months if not a year or more.
No
My broker hasn’t offered?
Has anybody else’s? I’m with HL
