This deepverge gizmo?

Sounds like commerce in general might do well to investigate the true benefits of services provided by companies such as this?
Have you heard of deepverge B2HS2l...I would be happy to here novacyt were interested in looking at add ons for next to nothing
hi b2hs2l.....guesstimation ..based on share movement from the .2to.5 . before deal done ...of co**** there happy ...the alterative would have meant .....and novacyt could cherry pick ..from svb
Giz -
NCYT / YGEN have been negotiating since May.
The price NCYT have offered must include this Illumina contract extension.
YGEN directors happy with the NCYT offer.
+++
"novacyt maybe are looking at placing 3 directors from ygen onto board" - is that a guestimate or your research with this comment?
Hi davand ....how much currently are they paying on svb loan monthly what did they put up as collateral ....how much do they pay illumina per test ..I think novacyt maybe are looking at placing 3 directors from ygen onto board ....will Taiwan sale still go through or novacyt keep as eastern base .....hi captain not pretty is it ..
Dav- i am holding on as i believe ncyt will get a result in the dispute. if they can make a success of ygen portfolio and or get more cash and acquire more companies then possibly will stay in after resolution. they are not going anywhere with current strategy of the existing portfolio
Captain, who knows, but both sets of management seem as bad as each other. At least ygen has 20+% annual growth and likely much more with the ££££ Ncyt can put into it.
They will likely cull quite a few more bods too, which will obviously help matters.
"Looking at Ncyt update they need ygen more than I thought."
Dav - I have to confess that i thought the same. The issue that worries me is will they be any better at monetising the ygen portfolio?
‘ Looking at Ncyt update they need ygen more than I thought’
___________
Really? Did you not wonder why ncyt were valued at half of their net cash position, something that’s virtually unheard of?
I suppose you might have chalked it up to the dispute but I’m not so sure, when you look at how many cases the DHSC has lost and you look at the info that’s out there in the public domain I don’t think many think the gov. have a leg to stand on.
It’s the terrible operational performance over the past few years that has them trading so low. So nothing new here.
Simmulla - I’m discussing an actual, tangible rns that the company have released. The early week price movement was based on nothing.
We are always crying out for rns announcements and we now have one to discuss.
Swag - agreed, it’s a shocker again. To say it’s growing quarter on quarter is interesting given the material drop you referenced. I guess if Q2 non covid is a penny more than Q1 non covid then the statement is true.
Co-dependants
Looking at Ncyt update they need ygen more than I thought.
B2H, it will be in Ncyt hands by then
The Taiwanese divestment has a few conditions attached. So the amounts mentioned aren't guaranteed and certainly not guaranteed to be paid on time.
$4m (approx £3.2m).
Key terms of the Divestment include:
· Upfront payment: US$1m payable on the Closing Date; plus
· Loan agreement: US$1m payable as a lump sum or via ad hoc instalments within two years of the Closing Date (carrying interest at 7 per cent. above the Bank of England base rate) ("Loan Agreement"); plus
· Earn-out consideration: up to US$2m potential earnout subject to the achievement of certain profit related milestones, over the next two calendar years post completion.
· The Loan Agreement is secured against the shares of the subsidiary being sold such that failure to pay will result in ownership returning to Yourgene with no obligation to return previously received funds.
Wow, simply wow, you dont actually realise how many piranha's there are, until they feel blood is the water...
HarC Davand - Read YGEN RNS 13.06.2023. - That's not the case.
YGEN to receive 1 mil US$ in September, the rest later, quite a bit later.
"Group revenue for H1 2023 expected to be £3.3m of which £0.5m relates to COVID-19 (H1 2022: £16.5m of which £13.0m relates to COVID-19)."
so non covid revenue is down from £3.5m to £2.8m compared to same period last year
"Non-COVID sales growing quarter-on-quarter, significant progress in product development and non-organic growth strategy"
Really? another terrible set of results. if it weren't for the possible ygen acquisition then the SP would be hammered back down again
they are burning cash £5.3m in same period
the only difference between ncyt and ygen i can see is that the former has cash from covid...both very badly run companies
Fair enough Davand, apologies for that error.
Ygen will have cash into next year with the sale of the Taiwan lab.
KilkennyTed, this is exactly why many Yourgene holders may *feel* Yourgene is worth way more than what NCYT has offered but realistically they are talking potential if funded which is not the reality.
The share price was arund 2p before the capital raise at 0.3p with over 2.1B shares issued. What happens if this acquisition falls through? Issue billions more shares?
PI100 back after a couple days hiatus cos the share price was +ve. The floors yours...knock yourself out. All that pent up negativity needs to come out.
Kilkenny, ygen due $1 from Taiwan in September followed by another $3m at a later unspecified date
The company is literally going backwards, at an alarming rate
NCYT have been heading in the wrong direction for too long, but we have seen recently and again this morning, in the RNS that the ship (that used to be rudderless) is now turning around. It will still take time. Maybe another year to two. I'm confident things are changing. I'm not sure why PI100 takes such pleasure in becoming a keyboard warrior and trying to drown this board with his negativity. Presumably he is trying to scare away any potential investors who are looking for information. If anyone is that unhappy, find a friend, take them for a coffee and tell them all about it. My %age losses are as great as PI100's but moaning about isn't going to see the share price increase.
HarChris where is the steady organic growth?
2023 non covid sales - £5.8m
2019 non covid sales - £12m
