DYOR will move quick
@zahirmiahouitlook,
Notice you've forecast SAGA 200p by Friday also.
Sounds like you're hoping for a double whammy !!!
BTW, I did some research as you recommended - if you're right, please let me know where you buy your crystal balls.
If you're wrong, I'll take no notice of your forecasts ever again.
13p today :)
If you check I’ve been saying that since I bought in at 120p up 30% in a week so can’t be that wrong I invest on my own research not on some fool who a roaming here, no such thing as luck DYOR
How much does anyone think nanoco will get from Samsung realistically?
Troublesome follow me and you might make some money, bought saga at 120 plus 30% so far so not far off my target
Storm in a teacup. Pitiful quantities being bought. Absolutely pathetic.
"If you check I’ve been saying that since I bought in at 120p "
Did check, and you regularly make these asinine predictions about virtually every share you invest in - it's hilarious - and you are always wrong. Your predictions about GDR were terrible, for example. Thanks for the entertainment and advice.
@zahir
Baa, Baa - Naah
A load of non regular nano users ramping the share today. Ramp it short it and never hear from them again. Working in a pack of wolves with nanoco in their sights
Much rather it was that way round and not the other way.
@zahir Good start to your predictions 13 @ close my arse!
Glad to see Feeks being positive (post indicates ownership of Nanoco shares). I Seem to remember that he/she was the most negative poster on this board for years, irritating many other posters. I wish I had listened to him/her.
Come on 20p not long now
Have you not been paying attention Nige, it's his extensive and thorough research means a 20p sp is a certainty for this Friday.
Recent volatility certainly suggests to me that someone is engaging in the dark arts. Up 16% earlier in the week and down 7% today alone.
I am waiting for the spike up but don’t expect it any time soon, so best not to look at the SP too often. I may set an order to buy more at under 10p though?
Markets are all over the place at present.
Hi BtB
No. "it's his extensive and thorough research". Obviously you aren't paying attention either.

While patent cases revolve round what the patent claims and what the description states, I presume that e-discovery may relate to emails etc. These will be important for establishing wilful infringement and hence damages.
Do you think it's mainly day traders and short-termers who are moving the SP now? In the absence of news about new contracts (all quiet on the Merck front) we really seem to be a one-card trick. To me, the daily moves are sort of irrelevant, as everything really depends on the court case, though with my average of 19p, the current price isn't exactly cheering :( The spread isn't that large, so MMs don't seem to be up to their usual tricks.
Samsung Electronics has just announced a bumper 3rd quarter:

so more money for them to pay our damages!!!
Don’t know what is moving the share price - all I can say is that I have made two purchases in Nanoco today one of 30,172 at 0956 hrs and another of 100,000 at 1429 hrs and both are recorded on this site’s dealing history as sales!
Hi Pete
No doubt you put no limit on the trade, so the seller got his sell price and recorded as a sell.
BoL
Thanks Nige - that makes sense.
"I presume that e-discovery may relate to emails etc. These will be important for establishing wilful infringement and hence damages."
But as I said just a few posts ago, the opposite is likely true: the aim of this motion is to limit email evidence and other digital data because history shows it is not usually relevant to these disputes, costs money, and slows things down for both sides
