Hi Manx, only once for work. It was only a bit of banter with BP, trying to jokingly make the point that I don’t think the MG went to IOM just for a jolly.
No offence meant, and I’m sure your home is lovely!
@ManxKippers , I lived / worked on the Isle of Man for a few years many moons ago and despite the weather not being always the best with manananns cloak making not infrequent apprearamces , I can concur it was a stunning place to be and an amazing variety of interesting people , I had the best of times. Low tax was a nice bonus.
I went to the IoM once. It was closed.
Doc, have you come to the IOM? If so, when? Why and for how long?
I live here on this most stunning island mixing with really amazing and very very well connected and interesting people.
Mongolia.........??? No thanks!!!
I have never heard anything from TonyBaby that makes sense - its all negative crap, making fun of posters or insulting them.
I can only hope he shows up as rarely as possible.
Watching the Kinks on TV... wondered if our serial ramper was still at it... and guess what there you are. 9.22 on a Saturday night....Jesus get a life.. or you are employed to ramp the share...which is it... "tried to buy but couldn't" etc etc... Shameless...Readers if this BB beware....S/he's been at it for years...
Investor33 today: “I would say that people who throw around insults to people they don't know on a board like this probably score rather highly on the spectrum of narcissism”
Investor33 the other day:
“@Doc83
"Well this one has me a bit stumped. " You said.
Well that's because like many on here you have this rather naive notion of a share price that is purely news and fundamentals driven. It isn't - and you need to understand what the mms get up to. ”
I think that’s evidence enough that you started with the insults and it is in fact you who considers yourself superior. ;)
As for being consistently the most unpleasant person on this board… really?!
Doc
Were you really expecting any intelligent answer from BP ???
Other than his usual one liners....
@Doc83
I would say that people who throw around insults to people they don't know on a board like this probably score rather highly on the spectrum of narcissism. You come across consistently as the most unpleasant person on this board, and a rather superior one at that - which somewhat tallys with the fact that narcissists possess a a fundamental belief in being superior to other people. That ' doh ' comment to take an example, simply smacks of a sense of superiority...
And for your information, lots of people on this board have mentioned how many shares they have bought, and what their average is - it's not up to you to set down rules about what people can reveal or not reveal thank you very much. That sounds like controlling behaviour, which again is very telling...
"What makes some people unleash such disruptive and distressing comments? Psychologists have been stepping up research efforts to gain insight into the psychology of internet trolls. A 2017 study in Personality and Individual Differences found that cyber-trolls tend to have high levels of psychopathy and sadism in combination with low levels of empathy. They also are more likely to be male, and researchers call the perpetrators master manipulators who enjoy causing emotional pain and distress in others. A 2019 study further explored the minds of internet trolls and found that narcissism is a common trait. And a 2021 study focused on Facebook points to what’s known as the Dark Tetrad personality factors (narcissism, Machiavellianism, and sadism) as indicators of greater trolling behavior. "

//BP - separately, and an honest question, why do you think the new company was set up?//
Probably another vehicle to con gullible investors?
BP - separately, and an honest question, why do you think the new company was set up?
BP - have you been to IOM? I think I’d rather go to Mongolia!
BP
You really do come up with some stupid statements.
If I was a Mongolian politician I would welcome a week's jolly on the IoM courtesy of PM - wouldn't you? Mongolia must get pretty boring don't you think.
Thanks, Sgorio.
Now it would be interesting why the new company was set up! I can’t believe it required representatives of the MG to go all the way there just to say “you’ve got your LP, lads.”!
Doc.....visit mentioned in the May RNS:
"Discussions on changes to the Production Sharing Contract (PSC), on the proposed work programme and on fiscal terms have been completed. This part of the process involved a visit to the UK and to the Isle of Man by representatives of MMHI and MRPAM"
“I am still not clear about details of what business was conducted exactly at IOM meeting with top Mongolian Govt officials present in MATD registered office.“
I can’t recall, but have MATD made ANY reference to that IOM meeting?
Ibiza
Like your thought process on Block XX. There are different scenarios all of which should add substantial value for Shareholders in coming weeks and months.
With respect to V1...MB just had to drill it before Block V licence expires in June 2024. At a low $1.7m drill cost it was worth a shot. Positive results at V1 would have transformed share price overnight. V1 result created a temporary distraction no doubt as evidenced by superfast price recovery on the day. Still need to recover another 40% or so to re-test 7.30 high in May. Pretty confident next week should see a strong price recovery breaking past May high en-route to 8- 10p bracket pretty quickly ahead of incoming news on Multiple fronts.
I am still not clear about details of what business was conducted exactly at IOM meeting with top Mongolian Govt officials present in MATD registered office.
A Prime minister has a totally different role to mining minister.
How many times have you seen the UK mining minister visiting your local council office.
Majority of the people don't even know who she is.
8p next week .
//What do you think a mining minister is doing in Dorno meeting the Governor.//
Does the UK PM donning a yellow vest & going around shaking hands with all and sundry have any great import ? It's just politics innit.
Great stuff Master... enjoy the trip. BB
Master, thank you, great find as always!
Ignore the eejits 🙂🚀
Master - thankyou for those kind words I will mention you in my prayers tonight. At least I didn't predict the LP's arrival on a totally erroneous diagram!
Manro I think PMs biggest shareholders is bad prophet and AI.
Bad. You said same about the LP. You're Doom and gloom. Nothing will make you happy.
What do you think a mining minister is doing in Dorno meeting the Governor. Does a "friendly talk" sound like he went to sort some disagreement out between them.
Anyway SP will do the talking next week.
What happened to 3p that you said we are heading towards .
Youre Nothing but a misrable sod..
