Maybe the Irish government will start with a £30m offer to put this to bed but I cannot see such a low figure being accepted.
No contact yet as far as we know, which is in itself a breach of the Charter.
How much would LOGP need from the Irish Government to settle? £20m, £30m? Presumably both of those figures are short of any award, even if that isn't guaranteed.
Is a RTO not less likely if LG is calling the shots? Maybe Boldy will have to settle for less than he was hoping. I said a long time ago he should settle for a reasonable compromise - say an extra 5% of the cake? Could LG veto that? I think the other large BEY shareholders would be happy with that, considering that an ECT award is likely to be bigger than anything the Irish Courts would offer as compensation. Just thinking out loud.
The longer you wait the more you miss out. Maybe the hypocrite has just bought some this afternoon.
Cash shells are not allowed on aim.logp needs a reverse takeover or a £6m investment or its curtains . But more than likely Barryroe will do a deal but at what price
Obviously the market is starting to think that the new forthcoming Barryroe will now be sniffing lansdowne who need a mandatory reverse takeover . But at what price ??
Timing is everything and I hope LOGP's claim is settled within the 3 months requested. Highly unlikely but it might be in the Irish Government's interest to settle quickly. Not that any civil servant is going to care how many £millions procrastination costs. Looking further ahead, LOGP could be a good investment as a cash shell - who knows?
For beardozer, it remains a binary bet.
Looks like all the shares you dumped last week are being picked up Mamms
Article in today's Business Post about an hour ago.

Will we call the next drill "Ryan's Nemesis"?
I do believe Beardozer is about upgrade LOGP from possible to very possible goldmine. When a bear comes out of hibernation it takes a while for it to get its bearings.
I thought we'd lost the asset: "However the letter states that the applicants do not meet the Investment Cover criterion as required by the Financial Capability Assessment Guidance. Consequently, the SEL1/11 licensees have no rights over the acreage held under SEL1/11 as SEL1/11 expired on 13 July 2021." Hence we are seeking compensation.
Good to note that a viable plan to move forward is close to being secured, for the Lansdowne read across take note of the BOE main asset!,..GL S

Flasher, that coin toss will take about ten years to give you a result, so presuming you have nothing better to do with your cash over that period, it has a 50% chance of being a good investment for you.
Ha ha...derived from proverbs 21v20 thats starts
'There is treasure to be desired and oil in the dwelling of the wise'
Mamms,
so you are saying its an even money bet, lets say a coin toss, but you have found a bookmaker willing to pay odds of 10 or 20-1. .....on a coin toss??????
Thanks for convincing me that its worth a punt.
I am in for 1%.
I thought Mamms had learnt his lesson when flashgarden set the record straight on his non-existent grasp of probabilities. Mamms, you have no understanding of the subject. There is, moreover, absolutely no need for you to show your ignorance since you are not invested here. Would it be too much to ask you to comment only on shares in which you are invested? You do not know, or prefer to forget, for example, that Italy argued for more than three years that Rockhopper's claim was invalid because the UK was still in the EU. For your information the UK did not leave the EU until 21-12-2020.
Italy had some kind of leg to stand on whereas Ireland has absolutely none whatever. Please do not display your ignorance more than is necessary.
You're right, my mistake. Delisting happens 6 months from the 19th September unless they reverse into something or raise 6m quid (both of which seem unlikely but 6 months is a long time)....
It won’t be delisted on the 19th
September . It has 6 months for a reverse takeover or to be transformed into an 6m minimum investment vehicle . If neither , there is then a further time period before any cancellation of shares can happen.
Well mamms, you cashed out. Hence you support that outlook. Time will tell.
I expect (a) the Government will not reverse its decision on the licence and (b) that LOGP will not do a reverse takeover or raise the £6m necessary to stay listed once it becomes designated a 'cash shell' on 14 September. The upshot is that LOGP will be delisted on 19 September if I understand the RNS LOGP issued in July. I'm not sure what the implication will be - last chance to cash out for 8-10 years for regular punters so maybe a large drop or people gather shares to take a position in the event of a positive claim. I'd expect some big moves over the last 16 trading days for LOGP.
PS to the previous poster - I believe the probability of a successful claim to be 50% (actually less but whatever). That has nothing to do with the payout. If LOGP wins its claim, I reckon 10-20 times the current share prices (I think 1-2p after expenses so £20-40m payout) - that will take about 10 years to play out. Of course, if they lose the claim then zero after 10 years..
The good news is that this BS will all finish in 16 days.
Your French vocabulary is very limited
Do you compile crosswords for a living? I enjoy the one in The Sun on Saturday. It all wastes valuable time.
I was just wondering if Papillon had reached another stage of development. He seems to have disappeared. Maybe a bird made a meal of him at some 'stage'.
You're far too clever for the likes of me, Makeabundle! Never could stand anything said "tongue-in-cheek" but that's the Aspie in me and not your fault. I'll just disappear back into the woodwork and await my jackpot however long it takes. I'm awaiting several others so it's no great hardship for the proprietor of a binary bet portfolio.
Hopefully the jackpots won't all arrive at once but that's better than no jackpots at all.
First thing to buy is a period house with a ghost.
Was that "tongue-in-cheek" or simply bonkers?
Beardozer, some things are said tongue-in-cheek. If he is a metamorphosis of a certain "Butterfly", maybe he is not such a novice after all! Hope you are still with me.
