Hi Spuddy,
Just a few points of clarification to manage expectations.
1. 100m is $.
2. In the case it was $100m, the company has been clear that once all fees, litigation costs, loans, etc are paid shareholders would get between $60 and $70m.
3. The way this RTO is being arranged existing shareholders would get 80% of that. 60m/70m. The other 20% would be retained by the new company.
4. For an early settlement , which is what most of us would prefer IMO to allow is to cash out and end the pain, you would expect it to be significantly less than the $100m .
