Accomodating all potential scenarios with a multitude of organisations and individuals makes this very difficult to get across the line. For such a delay as this then something must have changed. I cant see it being a reversal of any gov decision. More likely either someone wanting a bigger slice of the pie(meaning we as shareholders get a smaller slice) or some change within one of the organisations involved that has resulted in the deal having to be renogotiated. Whether this has been as a result of due diligence or just someone trying to capitalise on LOGP's desperation who knows.

I totally agree about due diligence but do not agree that this delay is purely down to that. IMO Someone is attempting an eleventh hour renegotiation that has thrown a spanner in the works and based on my previous experience it will not be to the benefit of the pawns. We have the take over target, the litigation funders, partners for the claim, advisers, middle men, major shareholders and directors / individuals within all those organisations that will be looking after themselves first before the pawns are even considered.

So 'completion' as per RNS includes publication of readmission doc, agreement at AGM and readmission to trading.

To complete this quarter, this is the last week to RNS to allow them to give sufficient notice for the AGM.

To wait 2.5 years and then try to force through a decision over xmas with a short notice AGM would leave a sour taste. There must be some disagreement over the deal for it to be announced as well advanced, with an initial target of 3rd quarter and then for us to be still waiting at xmas.

I cant see how you can separate the reverse takeover deal from the litigation funding arrangements. Surely one impacts the other and vice versa. Other partners being involved may add weight to any claim but it adds complication. It has been 2.5 years since they initiated this litigation process. Come on guys, pull the trigger.

I trust SB. He has integrity and he will want the best deal for LTH. And obv. as a LTH myself I am going to be biased towards anyone that is doing what is best for me. That is why we are here so no apologies. However, deep down I really just want Ireland to pay for their utter mismanagement of the transition to renewable energy.

I would actually like individuals to be held to account personally but they will hide behind ministerial title and blame net zero committments. The whole transition strategy they have adopted is unworkable and they are expecting joe public and especially oil and gas companies to which they have issued licences to take the hit. They need to feel the backlash. Unfortunately the path to that is complicated. We have the chicken and egg of needing to complete a reverse takeover but also have on the table reasonable assurances that we can fund litigation. We then add into that partners that want their own slice of the pie. All parties will be looking for the deal that is best for them, as am I, including directors within those entities. So I appreciate its compkex but all this time decision makers in ireland are not being held to account for the ludicrous decisions they have made. My fear is that the hold up is due to ironing out a deal where a select few benefit at the expense of LTH. LOGP are putting what I would consider more than just potential 100m + on the table. I hope that is fully reflected in any reverse takeover.

I would not consider this slipping into the 4th quarter now. With xmas they are running out of time to complete this in 2025.

There must have been an eleventh hour change. So many factors to consider so not easy. I have previously mentioned my thoughts on Aulds company serinus. One of their exploration licences in Romania was due for extension 28th October 25. Did they extend? Any change for either party means the deal has to be restructured.

2.5 years later still waiting, this is taking far too long.

I hope the wait is rewarded by a multi pronged legal assault on the decc for an eye watering sum. To complete rto before xmas they need to announce something very soon.After this week its becoming difficult to view the delay as 'slipping into the 4th quarter' imo. They act as if they have a choice whether to use renewables or hydrocarbons.

They do not have a choice. The generation, storage and distribution is not in place to guarantee a steady, useable controllable supply on demand using renewables. Thinking any different is lunacy. They must use hydrocarbons. So the decision is how to do it in the most environmentally friendly way that also provides energy security. There is only one answer. Use indigenous o&g resources during the transition . But because of their fanatical delusion they ignore facts.

At the same time they hypocritically continue to buy from producers overseas. Portraying themselves as environmentalists whilst throwing all their waste into a neighbours bin. hypocrites.
