Yes, what a beautiful sight to behold! Ithaca Energy are back and have come along way, since I last traded it.
I traded this stock from 2015 until it went private. I made my biggest profit on this stock when my holdings were all bought up by Dalek Group at £1.20 a share.
I'm looking forward to 14 November 2022, when PI's can begin to trade it.
LONDON, Nov 9 (Reuters) - Shares in Ithaca Energy
Share in the North Sea oil and gas producer opened 2% below the issue pricing, at 244.95 pence, and briefly fell by as much as 4% to a low of 240.05 pence, before recovering to 246.35 pence, down 1.5%.
The IPO price tag gave an overall initial valuation of 2.45 billion pounds ($2.83 billion) for the company, slightly less than initially expected.
Ithaca, which produced about 66,700 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boed) in the first half of the year, market debut is closely watched amid renewed interest in the North Sea region, as Europe grapples with the energy crisis.
The listing is a rare sign of life in Europe's IPO market, where activity has plummeted since war broke out in Ukraine. (Reporting by Joice Alves; Editing by Amanda Cooper)

Agree. Good Company
With less than three weeks to what the management are saying are the best H1 results ever. The SP sits at the very low 50's whilst the company expand around the world. A recent deal with Singtel has seen the Itis platform installed in Australia and they are currently developing a platform for Singapore. The company say they have recieved many enquires from the rest of the world. This may not produce instant income but it should produce within a year or two which will mean that it could very well replace income from the couple of recent contract losses that have impacted the SP. I suspect we will get further guidance at the interims but I think Itis will recieve royalty type payments from the use of its technology in other countries. It will be bonus income at little cost and risk and could amount to a huge sum over the next few years. For the short term we must expect the SP to rise as the potential becomes apparent. I rate this a strong buy into the interims.
Good day for these i see. Not for me just yet though. but i like.

Pleasing results and a maiden dividend, with its fairly well fixed costs base the profits are increasing very nicely. CEO wants global growth which is more positive news. Seems to be coming good.
At last, Itis has gained ground over the last few weeks. The Pre-Close Trading Statement on 24 April 2007 read well and now has some suport taking the SP into the 70's
Picked up a mention in 'The Sun' today, hope the results really are worth this attention.
ITIS Holdings PLC 24 April 2007 PRE-CLOSE TRADING STATEMENT ITIS Holdings plc ("ITIS" or the "Company") is pleased to announce a pre-close trading statement for the year ended 31st March 2007. The Company has demonstrated substantial growth in this last year and expects to report results ahead of current market expectations. All areas of the UK business contributed to this strong performance whilst our international activities are now developing successfully through a combination of confirmed new projects and demand for the services we offer. We completed the disposal of NavTrak Limited, our stolen vehicle tracking business at the end of March and are now focussed entirely on traffic data collection, aggregation and distribution. Through the combination of market leadership in the UK and considerable scope for international growth, the Board is confident of reporting continued progress in the future. The Company expects to announce its Preliminary Results for the year ended 31st March 2007 in June 2007. - Ends -
This RNS alert is brought to you by Digital Look. ITIS Holdings PLC 05 March 2007 UPDATE ON MISSOURI CONTRACT On 6th December 2005, the Company announced that an agreed form contract with the Missouri Department of Transportation ("MODOT") had been approved by the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission. However, as previously highlighted, due to circumstances beyond ITIS' control, this project remained undelivered throughout 2006. During this time both ITIS and its US partner, Delcan, remained in contract with MODOT whilst seeking, with its involvement, a solution. The Company is therefore pleased to announce today that having secured certain data supply agreements it now anticipates delivering real time traffic information during the first half of the 2007/2008 financial year. The scope of this strategically important project remains unchanged but as originally indicated the financial contribution is expected to be modest. Commenting, Stuart Marks, CEO of ITIS, said: "We are very pleased that we can now focus on the delivery of the MODOT contract and we believe that supplying our real time traffic information in Missouri will act as an excellent reference site for ITIS in the US." - Ends -
I have now sold my holding on aa small profit. The share price has resisted against a strong market. I may reenter at a later date.
ITIS has hung around 60/61p for awhile. Possible adjusted pre tax profis of 3.5m from 17.9m sales & earnings of 3.5p placing the shares on a foward p/e of 17.6 This is reasonable for a company forecast to deliver 66% earnings growth for 2007 . Should make this a buy.
i thought itis r supposed to do well, thought they signed up new contracts, how come their price is still dropping?
This company have just posted profits. I have bought a block.
