let's see what we have so far''
30th Aug 2022 11:29 am RNS Exercise of Options
24th Aug 2022 8:11 am RNS Exercise of Options
17th Aug 2022 6:12 pm RNS TR-1 Notification of major holdings
all in the month leading up to FDA decision and on the day?
not to mention that TR1 from 9% to 14% ?
we will soon find out i suppose
Not really a case of being brazen surely. They've already led us all to believe the outcome would be known yesterday (so reported today). Which means they either need to RNS the FDA outcome PDQ or RNS the reason why reporting's delayed.
LLS'' what i would like to know, is would they be that Brazen
after 2m option and drop FDA tomorrow???
But thanks for the attempt at therapy nonetheless.
It calms my nerve not a jot.
well we finish blue at closed'' and 7p on the ask huge spread i know
but that should calm nerves knowing FDA decision is still imminent although it did not come today

I'm simply trying to recoup some of the losses from a previous IMM buy pre- Phase 3 Part 1. Yes I know - the true mark of a gambler. And probably throwing good money after bad. But you just never know.
No, especially not Eva (assuming he/she even exists.
Your discussions on the other board with Eva / Oscar helped you take a bet ?
No, just gambly! The 131,965 buy at 4.04pm was mine by the way. Managed to get in at 6.055p which seemed decent at the time. But I'm the first to admit it's a total bet. Will either be one of my best or worst trades - nothing in between.
Over 500000 buys just gone through
Leaky???
@Nolupus: Cheers, thanks for clarification
Notaflipper,
Imm would have to apply for a fast track designation which should be granted automatically as Sle is still ( to my knowledge) eligible
As most, bored and anxious. Whilst we await, was wondering if there was any chance that the FDA would grant the application with Priority Review designation as they had done with Benlysta for Lupus treatment in children, or more recently with Covid-19 vaccines?
Oscar22: you provided a supposed response from IMM claiming they said ..."fda response 'around' 29th...". You then went on to ridicule others for their comments.
In fact... if that is a true IMM response then they have LIED to you!
In their RNS regarding FDA response they state...
[Quote]...The agreed date from the FDA for providing its written responses is 29 August 2022.[Unquote].
That is the SECOND sentense in that RNS that positively and clearly states 29th being the 'confirmed' date for response.
So go back to IMM and ask them why they are misleading the market!
We as shareholders have a right to question when a BOD gives statements etc.
So, it is you that is 'ignorant'.
So get your facts straight before casting aspertions.
nolupus - That may be, But any fund manager/institution can still buy IMM shares if they really want to. My point is that - on today's showing at least - none of them want to.
So far lambo is ahead in chess game taking his 50%, lets see. Finger biting time..
Lordloadofolly,
Avion are an interested party /insider so therefore they would be obliged to abstain from any transactions during this closed period, imo
Interestingly, I've just analysed all today's IMM trades via hTTps://www.londonstockexchange.com/stock/IMM/immupharma-plc/trade-recap- . And there's NOT ONE of any significant value. The lowest was for 19p (go figure!) and the highest £8354. Which suggests it's purely PIs placing what amount to just tiny bets in the scheme of things.

May the Source be with you!
At least you can relax now unlike the rest of us poor sods.

maidit308 - Let's face it, ANYONE buying in before the FDA's decision is pure gambling. It may seem the odds are heavily stacked in their favour, but it's a gamble nonetheless. So in my opinion, even if they were interested, any big pharma outfit is more likely to wait until the outcome is known. Sure they might end up paying more if the FDA's decision is positive. But these sort of companies have deep pockets anyhow. And they may well regard paying extra more appealing than explaining to shareholders why they took a pure gamble on IMM pre-FDA decision, only to find it possibly didn't pay off.
Decided to meditate on this today and something strange came up while I was asking the Source (higher self) about this investment. So I'm out again, very unlikely I will be back this time. Good luck to all
i personally think there is going to be a bid''
because P3 LUPUS treatment is such a huge Market, that I'm surprise
the Big Pharma's would let us go this far before making an offer
there is a lot more to the options we have seen last x2 RNS
and that the BOD already know FDA decision and that it's a goer
now they are in a rush to get the option through before they tell us, give it a couple of day
then Bababoooooooooooom

dallo - quite . Despite IMM's RNSs to the contrary, it now seems when they said 29 August, they meant AROUND 29 August. And rather than the FDA's decision being binary, it'll simply be reviewed internally with a view to finalising the next steps. Whilst I could be reading too much into it, I find that last phrase particularly disconcerting. What next steps would need finalising if the FDA was giving a straight yes or no? Surely they've had AMPLE time to rehearse their next move either way. Which implies to me, the FDA's decision might end up being less straightforward than everyone had assumed. Talk about giving investors the run around! No wonder the spread has widened & the bid price dropped again.
Oscar
The only caveat is that Immupharma clearly stated in its RNS that the agreed date for a written response from the FDA was the 29th August NOT around the 29th August so they cannot blame shareholders for assuming that yesterday was a firm and agreed date for the FDA to reply.
