LinkedIn reply by Chris Helms (premier Trafalgar Shipyard) to comment asking what maintenance have you got planned for her
She's in fantastic condition, quick wash and antifouling and rebrand.
Advertising for crew for what is another new vessel or renamed vessel? Appears to be small boat cover until the Wolff sails
Yes Nobby. The board have no respect whatsoever for the owners of the company. Whatsmore, JW has gone to great lengths over several years to boast about 5 sectors and 4 major facilities...yet nothing meaningful new business wise in 6 months. What are all these b2b focused people they have hired, doing. I now understand why Gresham House, the influential small cap investor fund, sold out following a disagreement with JW. They must have realised the board were only interested in their own futures with little or no care for due diligence to shareholders. Hey ho. AGM in July. Let's hope things have changed by then.
Also Nobby, it could be the market cap at only £21m that is stopping II's getting involved too, as they will have fairly restrictive parameters into what companies they can or can't take a stake in.
If this goes to the plan we all want then it feels like it will be a domino-type action with, as a best guess, positive IM court judgment, followed by a up-to-date valuation on it, quickly followed by the new finance deal, allowing more orders to be placed, allowing a hefty revaluation.....
(So, its all pretty much nailed on, I mean, what could possibly go wrong :0))
The wait is frustrating but as has been said, the big decisions we require are with third parties in most cases. The one thing I hope the Board has learned from the last few years is that they need to get the timing right on delivery of objectives; not guesses, estimates or projections. The fact that they haven to date done this very well has created a big dent in trustworthiness and credibility and, imo explains the the lack of institutional investors. It is not the debt that keeps them away it is the Board; for those that are connected ask around, I have. Classic AIM where no one at the top wants to give up on what they have got by changing things around but this is what needs to happen; there are some very talented folk out there that could deliver for the shareholders and recognise their worth in this venture. I am not proposing a revolt but I would like to see things improving in corporate updates to shareholders and greater insight into the business strategy, objectives and deliverables. It doesn't feel to me much like the Board behaves in a manner that it understands and respects the fact that it has responsibilities to inform the shareholders (ie the owners of the company?) much more effectively that it currently does; and there are not many sticks that we as PIs have to wave. But that is AIM and we all know it. GLA
Let’s get this IM closed off and a return to 20p++ where this stock belongs. Incredibly undervalued imho
It certainly is delayed. However, important to get it right and then close the subject off with no further appeals permitted. One way or another, it needs putting to bed Imo.
My last post should, of course, have replied to the IM court date, and not the other unsavoury one. Tonno
On checking the Court Listing this morning there is no IM JR case listed up & until the 27th May.
We are clearly seeing an announced news drought hopefully the SP will Hold.
Awww TDF, trying to get your one and only supporter in side?, hardly a whammy is it..... bless yah.
Bubble, you will always have 100% support from genuine posters on this BB,ie the shareholders , who have a stake in its success. The others who criticise you are like soulless ghosts, bitter because they no longer have a role to play.
I have just come across this on LinkedIn
Defence Procurement

The MOD is delighted to announce the publication of its fifth Acquisition Pipeline to industry, a forward look of future procurement activities over £2m across Defence. We hope that this will prove beneficial to all our suppliers seeking to plan for upcoming opportunities including #SMEs.
The Acquisition Pipeline will be reviewed, updated, and published every six months, further increasing transparency across Defence procurement.

I wish I did have a job at bae. Sadly not you carry on posting lies and comments about harl and JW I’ll take note of them , oh a don’t drink so yet another of your lies you posted
Bubble - Assume you are referring to BearleyCalls? He insults genuine posters on a daily basis.
You can be quite caustic after a few Saturday night shandies.
Why did you lose your job at BAE?
I read everything you post don’t worry it’s for my reference nobody else , please continue posting about harl and not any individual
Sorry typo - STRONG SELL. You might not appreciate the humour in that Bubble.
Oh, by the way is your Wi-Fi playing up again? Assumed I was blocked.
Where’s your strong sell in your opinions or don’t you know how to write a post
One thing that I am is invested in harl , if you think anybody listens to your rubbish you spout you got another thing coming !!
And equally when TGF (and all his pseudonym's) returns to the board the share price drops. Surprised those that up-tick his posts have not twigged that yet - or maybe they are not HARL shareholders after all & are not concerned by the loss of value to their investment.
Not aimed at anyone on this BB of course, but can you imagine how empty a persons life must be to constantly monitor and post on a Share which they dont own. We should feel genuine sadness for a person like that.
And here goes TDF / Bearleycalls with the usual trash.
Probably interested in how the company’s money is being spent. If they hd 400 bookings for May, that equates to around five passengers per journey on a craft with capacity for 400. Maybe one or two of them would have been locals using their free trips, so Harl would have been looking at about £150 revenue per trip. Big hill to climb now they’ve spent more money on helicopter tickets and another jet RIB.
Fascinated to know why , as a Non HARL Shareholder Broomtree wants to see figures for this venture. Probably simply another ingenious attempt to stir the waters. Mind you after a number of badly timed trades, losing over 60%, i can imagine why he is bitter.
Si - when you’ve paid to convert 400 bookings to helicopter flights I suppose you have a point but just smacks of poor organisation costing. I’d really like to see some figures for this venture but will probably have to wait till next year
Think Si_D is spot on. Put vessel into service ASAP. Happy that given other priorities H&W passing paintwork to within wider UK supply chain.
