Yes 'SII' is short form for 'Shares in issue'.
How much cash does GMET have and what's the burn, anyone care to share? Thanks.
Hi, Chatty
Can you explain SII to me? Is it shares in issue?
True a number of IPO warrants expire on the 10th MAY.
O.F. is keen to keep the SII as low as possible so any raise will be minimized
Would not be surprised to see some announcement about exercise of warrants sometime soon, given the SP. More money in the bank, even less reason for a raise.
I listened to the SR last night and what I particularly liked was one of the guys said he chats to OF 3/5times PW and OF has been doing the rounds with presentations to potential investors that have been asking if there was a raise coming up - OF indicated no, that's not currently on the cards so if these guys want exposure to the potential they have to buy in the open market.
Once OF takes this roadshow to the USA with their appreciation of Nevada and should they show similar interest this could rerate rapidly just on the back of improved sentiment.
Right now this is my favourite stock, not necessarily because of the huge potential of the resources, but because you definitely feel the shift in sentiment towards the stock. It's a long since I felt that for pretty much any junior explorer on AIM.
I notice a lot of comments on twitter, or X, suddenly suggesting once /if USA gov provide grants we're off to the races - I would suggest it'll provide support certainly, but we need to see what that grant is PLUS I'd suggest we're not necessarily off to the races at all - look at BRES.
I'm more keen to see what OF does to develop and enhance the resource in PM and the potential of Garfield, that'll really get us off to the races (once we have positive results ofc).
So, for me, any US grants enable us to expand PM resource and to concentrate existing company funds on the potential in that Garfield bullseye, and given OFs track record I'm pretty confident he'll maximise that potential and best use of funds.
Off again
After the excellent news and quite extraordinary prospects for this GMR the share price is taking a realistic move both. 30-40p is a real possibility with the current knowledge and news. Long term who knows where this will now go. A day traders dream..
I was totally sold on the whole PM situation given all the work done by Thor and where the current global commodities politics lies, wierd world we live in these days! But.... then OF disclosed what he found over Xmas and gave us the new garfield, crazy work! Well done Mr Friezen!!!
What made me really laugh out loud was when Oliver used the data from Kraken next door's rock grabs and ariel magneto stuff but he'd only just staked it from under them.
They were obviously tartgeting that land, literally Bullsey!!
I was "working from home" today and did not get much work done, ironically I work for myself and really needed to get a load of screen work done!
What do we reckon for tomorrow? Hold and trend sideways on small bot trades? More rise with no liquid stock but buying pressure? Holders selling to lock in a free ride? I'm 72% up in my isa, happy days!
I think I might add actually, this story is just on chapter 2.....
"And then we found Garfield.....'
GLA
POW's board is even quieter now you're not on there, wonder where they all went? I think they're all on the yahoo boards now. that's what I heard anyway
Lovely to hear you sounding happy Roger! Great day wasn't !?
Hi, everyone
Now we know, this one can move. I never thought I'd see the day, when GMET rose by more than OMI; but today, was such a day. And I am happy to hold both.
This stock heads up over 25% in a day and there are only 9 posts (incl this one)? Bit odd. Most bbs would be going crazy.
Really hoping this is the start of something major and that US govt involvement puts it on a level that surprises all of us.
To me this is starting to feel like another AMRQ (without the amount of available financing/cash in the bank, and the strong institutional shareholdings - but GMET have at least 61% locked away in POW).
Great jurisdiction, the tenements are starting to look very exciting, the top guy here knows his stuff, has form and even just recently topped up again (I followed his lead the same day, always follow insider buying). Plus a proven jorc resource in a critical metal.
Possible funding coming soon from Uncle Sam and doubtless strategic partners will start pulling up the more work done, especially on Pilot Mountain and Garfield.
FYI AMRQ mcap is pushing £200m albeit on the cusp of gold production, but for a not so huge Jorc deposit.
I'm continually reminded of AMRQ a couple of years ago when I look at GMET.
Bought into this share a few days ago and added again today. Really like the story - the tungsten on its own is big and now we have Garfield looking good. Mu understanding is that some decent US govt funding on the Tungsten really males this fly.
The blue
Pretty happy I decided to top up (AGAIN) on the day of the RNS.
Still cheap, depending on how things unfold...
With that amount of goodies in the ground GMR will have a large rearing from here. This is one to be in and stay in now!
