PaulFG : "How many times does OF say 'largest undeveloped Tungsten deposit in the US'?"
Good point. Almost as many times as a pal of mine says there's more gold in the N Sea than the Carlin trend...
I didn’t count but several times! It’s clearly the sound bite he has chosen in the same way that Kier Starmer tells us every 5 seconds that his father was a toolmaker. I have no idea why he thinks that is the principle reason he should be elected but if he says again can someone pop round and insert a large spanner where the sun don’t shine. The only thing that is without doubt is that is father produced a completely useless tool as his son!
How many times does OF say 'largest undeveloped Tungsten deposit in the US'?
The Stockbox interview is now out on utube. It’s 37 minutes long and just focuses on Tungsten at Pilot Mountain with a full recap on the project right upto the current drilling which has now been underway for a month.
I very much agree with your comments regarding Purebond and the returns they will be looking for.
We had the after hours RNS on Friday putting more cash in the coffers:
“ Final Exercise of 17p Warrants
Golden Metal Resources plc (LON:GMET/OTCQB:GMTLF), a strategic mineral exploration and development company focused on Nevada, US, announces an exercise of warrants.
Warrant Exercise
The Company has received notices to exercise warrants over a total of 805,052 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Warrant Shares") at an exercise price of 17p per Warrant Share, raising £136,858.86 for the Company.”
The week has started on a positive note Up 4% to 26p from 37 trades on volume of 225000. Drill news could be released at anytime so the question I would pose is will anticipation of good news or indeed actual good news take us to 30p this week.

I'm surprised the 17p warrants are already getting exercised.
Apparently Stockbox have a feature coming out on GMET next week. Shall we take bets on how many times OF says 'largest undeveloped Tungsten deposit in US'?
5.8mn warrants at 17p to May 2025

Are there many outstanding warrants?
So important nuance confirmed today.
POW is no longer the majority shareholder, with a holding less that 50%, but remains the largest shareholder.
Oak Bloke has an update on POW and GMET
Yes correct PaulFG.
POW’s holding in GMET alone is now worth £13.6mil yet the POW market cap is only £21.9mil. Almost nothing priced in over there!
POW have a serious investment case from these levels and should do extremely well as the GMET train continues to motor forward.
Interestingly with todays strategic investment the percentage stake now held by POW falls to 49.53%.
Would you agree @TRAY?

@Troajan, think you meant this one:https://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/news/1049565/golden-metal-hits-high-on-exploration-update-pulling-parent-along-1049565.html
@Doc - I do think, given time, POW will start to shed it's associated historical negative sentiment. But it may ultimately require a brand revitalisation, I do like the fact that they are keeping more assets inhouse (e.g. Canadian uranium) as progress there will more directly drive value (although I'm not sure that was the best deal on the uranium assets).
I'm also talking from the very comfortable point of having started GMET accumulation from below 10p.
Fair points on POW, Paul. I've gone the other way and chosen POW. These are always high risk/volatile plays and with POW you're getting lots of GMET's and less stock specific risk. There also looks a huge valuation disconnect (see some of Tray's posts on the POW board for the numbers). Here's to hoping GMET and POW both take off!
The alternative of course is to buy into POW, which I considered, but that'll give you less than 50% exposure to the upside (POW's stake now diluted below 50%) and frankly I think POW will always lag the valuation and it has (let's face it) a sentiment issue, currently.
SO I discounted that option.

Rns
Interesting from today's RNS:
" The Company believes that this geophysical work programme, and specifically the IP survey, will be the last exploration step that should be required prior to delineation of drill targets. The entire geophysics campaign is expected to take approximately 2 weeks and following the news of the strategic raise announced on 10 June 20241, the Company is fully funded to continue the ongoing campaign along with follow up drilling."
Sounds like Purebond really wanted to progress Garfield, as so many of us here did also.

Truly transformational news, for a small US exploration company with a tiny market cap.
See Page 21
It was inevitable with the National security concerns around critical minerals that Pilot Mountain is officially in their road map.
This is big big news, as grant/subsidy is lined up with the US government. It's one of US Department of Defense targeted investment areas.
No wonder placings are being done at premium and no warrants. IYKYK.
And exploration across the portfolio is just getting started.
Super exciting.

Just tells you everything you need to know. Wonder what this investor knows 😉
Ploughing in money at a premium, with zero warrants attached. On AIM, it's incredible to see.
IMO Just have to sit on hands for big big rewards.
With such a small amount of shares and small free float, could easily head towards a pound.
And if that government grant comes in to develop the Tunsten 🙈, all bets are off rhe table to predict where this could be heading.
As always, always DYOR
It appears we are off to the races now Up 19% at 25p. Purebond already showing a profit on their investment this morning and GMET have an extra £506000 in the bank. A very good start to the week that I hadn’t expected.
Super impressive, a rare gem.
The potential is mind blowing.
Brilliant CEO, drilling Porphyry, huge Tungsten deposit, could get government funding approved anytime.
DYOR
Absolutely Paul.A very impressive raise.Whats the timelines on production here?
Small but important point - no warrants issued.
That and the premium is the sign of a QUALITY raise for a quality project.

I thought this was an interesting comment from OF just now on X, responding to a query about possible future listings:
"Our goal is to continue to upgrade our OTC listing (e.g from QB to QX now that our SP is >$0.20) to make investing in the USA easier for Americans. Longer term goal is to get this to the big boards in the 🇺🇸."

Liberty & Finance have over 100,000 YouTube subscribers so a large reach in the US marketplace.
Noticed a record high 32.97c trade went through the OTC market before for 50,000 GMET shares totalling around $16.5k. 32.97c is the equivalent of around 25.8p so the GMET stream train continues to shift forward at pace.

You know GMET is being noticed when there are msgs in the BB on Saturday. The multi-asset potential here reminds me a lot of AMRQ in Greenland. They've a current mcap approx £237m and apart from a gold asset going into production it's potential is very comparable.
They haven’t focused on the gold assets that inspired the Golden Metal name yet. There is so much potential here beyond Tungsten and copper in Nevada the number 1 commodities jurisdiction in the world. GMET has so many opportunities and I am looking forward to many more weeks like this one in terms of share price appreciation.
