They raise cash, buy an asset do a bit of exploration and prove the asset. Value goes up. Raise cash at a higher SP then repeat.

With an asset this good big investors are desperate to get in.

Any future placing will be at much higher level than today and probably at a zero or very small discount

The price dropped and profits were taken.

The serious buyers new this would happen, probably stopped buying before the drop.

They have not changed, and are now probably back buying but at 21p not 25, so they will be very happy

Have a look at GMET they recently listed on NYSE.

They issued about 20% additional shares for the IPO on NYSE.

Share price is similar at present but did rise. If you buy on NYSE you buy 5 AIM shares this is so the price meets regs of the listing.

GMET raised a chunck of cash but it takes time and I think SCLP will want to get the trial up and running quicker than a listing.

My guess is after the start of the trial would be a better opportunity to raise some serious cash

My guess is further positive results which raise the SP and then a raise.
