I'd be surprised if we did a share buyback now. Getting rid of 90% of them will take us to just over 30 million. I think the consolation may have replaced the buyback strategy. For a company to be a plc it must have minimum of is shares 10 million so not a lot of meat on the bone
No correction from me. You have made really valid points. Asking business questions at this time seems pointless. With Geremy being the majority shareholder he will do what he likes regardless of what we ask. I just hope that during this quiet period we have been building up the clinic network. The share buy back may help. I believe in the team but MPBUK is right. They really are testing the patience. Being ignored adds to the frustration.
LTH....correct me if I'm wrong...
Because after 5 years, those that were in from the start feel shafted I'm afraid Lebad. Patience has run dry. We have seen endless changes of strategy, name, personel, CEOs, direction, location and focus, with absolutely no reward. Very little interest in this as a business anymore, just angry and frustrated...and so it continues.
@MPBUK
thanks for those points. I will hand them over to GDBY.
But there have been so many complains in the past here. Why there are not more business related questions?
99% voted for the continuation of the current board...Well I am surprised?!
Lebad I have a question for management. Something along the lines of this.
Do management have any comprehension of the frustrations and anger held by many private investors at the continual stripping of shares and value by the company? An investor who once had 100k shares now has a little over 3300 with a paper loss of 92%. How is this a justifiable way to treat your loyal shareholders and what are your plans for recompense?
Also...
Some private investors seem to have had their emails sent to the company for updates and clarification ignored, without reply. What plans hasthe company got to improve investor relations and ensure investors feel valued and listened to?
@Barravelli
haha. nice ;D.
never. just sitting in my basement next to Munich and be invested in that company since mid of last year.
@LaBad (Anne) is there any plans for dividends please?
@LeBad how long have you worked for Goodbody?

Hey guys,
if you guys have any "useful" question to the mngt it would be great if you can share it here until 12th of August. I will forward it to GDBY. They will answer them as good as they are allowed to and provide these Q&As on their goodbodyhealth website.
i don't think so. I think they will be released within the second half of the month
Are Q2 results out this week? The silence is deafening at the minute
That's quite funny for you le bad boi...hahaha
i tried it. But my broker wanted to have 78€ for transfering my decision via proxy.
sry. not at that point. :D
Anyone been sent the details for the AGM meeting?
Thanks.
Ask several times about that. They are still convinced to get to those numbers.
They had to evaluate what is the best product for the best area. Based on that they hopefully start ramping up the speed relating the network growth after AGM again.
Any reason why the clinic numbers have not gone up? 450 at year end seems impossible
If the statements of the management are to be believed, the company is liquid enough not to have to carry out another private placement or similar.
But we will all only be able to judge that at the end of the year, when the blood tests have hopefully shown that they can carry the company.
I hope you're right and no additional shares are added. I'm optimistic on the blood testing long term. Next 10 years will be massive revenue I invision chips implanted that measure a variety of stats from the blood and relay it to the phone. Already doing this with diabetes (however attached on outside of the skin and too big at the moment) my only concern is that no additional shares are added which will wipe out my meagre 2200 after consolidation.
i think there will be some update on CBD during the AGM.
If those flying pigs could deliver CBD and Home test kits - why not ;D
@MPBUK: i think if than AIM
@Barravelli: I think GDBY will prefer a buying on the open market out of the left outstanding shares. No additional shares issued. Don't know how much percentage are possible. But thats are only thoughts from my side.
I wonder if he will even mention "CBD" during the AGM....Perhaps he will change the business model again and try to sell flying pigs...
Will Institutional invester be simply put money and getting a percentage of profits/royalties? Or will they be buying shares. If buying shares are they buying some of the 30 million that's left after the consolidation or worst case in which we are screwed will additional shares be issued?
