Yes. Looks like they have snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. Oh and the business owes Geremy £1m. Over £20m from covid. £9m turnover last year. What is going on? More cash needed and classed as a going concern. That is some cash burn.

My understanding is that it will be 5 years before Goodbody can list on any market again. That comes as part of the delisting process apparently. Goodbody Botanicals looks like it has been sold and so too have Phyto vista labs. The comms coming from this company have become so bad that I have stopped looking. Best way to find out would be to message George on Linkedin.

No mention of it from the board. As they have delisted I believe that we have to wait 5 years before we can relist again. Perhaps they will sell the business too.

So much going on with the business at the minute with no comms about it. Only way of finding anything out is by following George on Linkedin. Shocking behaviour. Website is poor too. Guys pull your bloody fingers out and give more credit to shareholders. Really disappointing.

Guys, I will make this my last post. I will take Geremy's advice and I will not waste any more time on this failed investment. I wish you all the very best. 5 years. Wow what a waste of time. Good luck to you all.

So what is the long term plan? Relist when the business is better placed?. How long do they propose to stay away from the markets. What is the latest update on the business. How will they communicate going forward.etc. They need to answer all these questions and address the shareholders concerns. There will be alot of issues to be addressed. The agm will not cover this off unless we ask the questions.

I think Geremy always planned to pull away. He pulled away once before only to return after Henry Buckley left.( With 750k I think). The business has turned over 36m in 2 years. They are clearly doing something right. George has a great platform to launch this business. My issue is that Geremy sold us the vision and he should stick around to execute it. You don't ask someone to follow you on a journey and then sod off half way through.

I have supported this company with a large sum of my money. I bought into the serial entrepreneur Geremy, not Anne. I believed him. Geremy needs to explain. Not George, Anne or anyone else. Geremy needs to step back up on stage and take responsibility. If he does not this will be his legacy to investors. The vote to delist will pass as he has the majority of shares. He needs to take responsibility. Do not let your son shoulder the blame for this one.

Looks like they have stopped emailing out updates to shareholders. I wonder if thats cut backs too. Poor.....

If we are to believe the board we need to know if it is worth buying more now before they are delisted. I believe they will go for a higher price once they are off the market. Lebad can you put this to Anne the next time you speak to her? Thanks

Dear George, GERERMY, Henry etc....where is Accroche's money? You made 26m last year but your man is down 99%. As are most of the long term holders. Cenkos valued at 15p [ Gerermy]. Ardon valued at 10p. Where is the money???. Market cap is less than £1m. Please explain.....

One thing is certain here. This company is worth alot more than its current market value. I don't know how they manage to bolt these services on but they are good at it.

US Market clearly had a word with itself. George mentioned poor revenues for the last few months but now green shoots. He needs to tell us the numbers now
