Will Institutional invester be simply put money and getting a percentage of profits/royalties? Or will they be buying shares. If buying shares are they buying some of the 30 million that's left after the consolidation or worst case in which we are screwed will additional shares be issued?
Hey lebad. Uplisting in the UK you say? What to AIM for example?
He guys, had some conversation last week with Anne. This week is pretty quiet. I think they are in deep preparation for the AGM.
From my perspective they should achieve those milestones until the end of the year to go in a succesful 2023:
- Reverse Split
- UK move
- De-Listing CAN
- UpListing UK
- (institutional investor)
- pharmacy network growth (min 450)
She ignored my email earlier this year to.
I also emailed Ann Tew last week regarding the current state of play and indeed previous goings-on...nothing back.
I was thinking that this morning. No new clinics, no comms, nothing. Alarming
Diddly Squat
My 50000 shares, went through as a sell on LSE but was a buy.
Took a small top up here today just to try H&L, sale went through immediately at 1.32, no messing about with phone calls and exchange rates. Hopefully this will start to bring some volume into this share.
based on that, I again reached out to GDBY mentioning that lse.co.uk and hl.co.uk are providing News about companies by getting them from Sharecast.
Hopefully something will change after the move to Guernsey
Just received official email confirmation from GDBY re trading online with HL.
well, to be honest - NO.
But what i heard HL was not the problem from GDBY side. It was more a technical issue from HL side.
And I'm still thinking all bricks are currently leading to the direction of an uplisting in UK.
- reducing share count
- moving to Guernsey
- increasing share availability in UK
....
Shocking that we should find out this way tho :(. Thanks LeBadinho. Great news
Hi lebad. Yes you can, I've just had a look on HL, and it's now possible. Good news indeed. Will finally be good eh? Do you know something I don't?! Please say its so!!
In Germany, we do have a proverb for things like that:
"What's been a long time coming will finally be good." ;D
I just found out by surfing on goodbodyhealth.com that HL is now also possible. :D Finally!

If the NHS really decides to shift blood testing to private companies the potential of possible bloodtests will immediately increase from 60mio to 600mio tests per year in the UK.
it's goodbodyclinic and goodbody.store
:D
Lebad. I have tried searching for Goodbody on Instagram and simply cannot find them?! Says it all really.
i don't know if all of you are following Goodbody on Instagram. They are currently rolling out their Home Test Kits to all of their pharmacy locations to also increase the upselling of those products right at the point of sale.
I think so. They must be shared latest end of August. But i think there will be more important things announce before that. Because all of us should be aware that the Q2 fins will not be nearly the same like the full covid Q1 revs.
Great share. Q2 results will follow shortly after the AGM.
Hi everyone,
today I had the opportunity to talk to Marc, George, Anne and Cassie (Director of Clinic Marketing) about marketing for an hour today. It was extremely technical as I come from a marketing background myself.
The bottom line is that Cassie has a ton of clue.
They have already activated some measures to increase direct clinic sales. Some things are still in the pipeline. Budgets are used specifically to reach target groups better and more precisely in order to increase sales to the maximum of the investment.
B2B (pharmacies, doctors, partners) and B2C (customers and patients) - more than adequately covered.
With B2S (shareholders) there is currently the difficulty of "high" costs, as news always has to be produced for two markets and PR is paid for both. With the move to the UK and the de-listing in CAN, this will simplify the structure and the money can then be used more efficiently. There is already a detailed plan of what will be done in this area immediately after de-listing and moving to UK.
Without them clearly stating it - because they are not allowed to - my nose tells me that it smells like an uplisting in the UK, coupled with the RS.
i think there are no further capital raises necessary. From my perspective the following scenario will happen:
- De-Listing Canada
- moving to UK to get a GB-ISIN
- consolidation
- Institutional Investor buying from the open market
- up-listing in UK
(- buyback of some shares if it is still cheap in Q1 2023)
maybe not in that order but i think that's what is going to happen ;D
What's everyone's guess on future plans following consolidation? Either stays as it is indefinitely no future raises (best scenario)
Future equity raise coming and the higher share price means less shares need to be issued and dilution not as bad as only 30 million shares in issue (Nightmare scenario)
Or private (nightmare scenario)
I think it will. There is a lot of stuff in back going on in direct relation to the move to UK. Let's wait until this is done.
