My 50000 shares, went through as a sell on LSE but was a buy.
Took a small top up here today just to try H&L, sale went through immediately at 1.32, no messing about with phone calls and exchange rates. Hopefully this will start to bring some volume into this share.
Sold the idea as a CBD company, before most people in the UK had not even heard of CBD and now CBD is reported to be used by around 10% of UK adults and worth around £700 million per year and still growing rapidly, he has evolved the company away from its original growing market instead of concentrating on growing that business ....
I have seen no clear direction for the company over the last 3 years, no marketing, no followers on social media ... it is a shame as I have used their CBD products and they are excellent quality and well presented but who is going to buy from a company they don't know exists ... its not even on LSE exchange to allow investors to buy easily.
I don't think I have ever invested in a company where they have changed their story as many times as this mob, one failed idea after another. I bought in 2018 and sold half my position at my breakeven price in Jan 2020, hindsight is a wonderful thing as I should dumped the rest of it as soon as they announced the StillCanna deal.
Many lessons learned from this, main one being dont buy into a company where the CEO has no clue what he is trying to achieve.
Sativa brings out Big news and £1000 worth of shares trade on Aquis. Surely it has to be time to bring this to AIM to get some exposure to UK investors.
Sativa Wellness Group is pleased to announce that the Company’s subsidiary PhytoVista Laboratories has been granted accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025:2017, General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories.
Accreditation for the testing of cannabinoids has been granted by United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS), the UK governments appointed National Accreditation Body. The accreditation process determines the technical competence and integrity of organisations such as those offering testing services.
ISO17025 accreditation offers the Company a competitive advantage in regulated markets where organisations are required to test with an accredited laboratory. This development also positions the Company well to take advantage of a growing international market and developing regulatory landscape. The Company plans to increase the scope of testing covered by accreditation and penetrate other areas of testing, whilst continuing to develop and expand cannabinoid testing capabilities.
The Company is in the process of extending the Phytovista testing services to its laboratory in Poland to service Europe, and as part of that process it intends to implement the ISO17025 standard there.
Geremy Thomas Executive Chairman says: “This success supports the direction of the Sativa Wellness Group to be the gold standard in the testing industry, driving growth through providing trusted services“.
Its ok I found the RNS ... my bad.
I cant find any news that mentions Arrival with this contract, can you please point me in the direction of the article that mentions Arrival ? Thanks
I think now that the business is making money we only need some visibility to get the SP moving. They have never been good (in my opinion) in promoting the name through social media or higher profile interviews. Listing on AIM or US OTC market would get plenty more investors on board.

Good to see a strong close with good volume for the week. Hopefully selling pressure will reduce and allow the SP to move upwards. Looking at other companies valuations in the MJ space, Sativa looks cheap at £25m market cap.
This is a great company but I think it has failed to produce results for shareholders because they have not listed on LSE. They have had plenty of good news but still suffer from huge selling pressure from somewhere.
So much for their crap about merger being good for investors. Sativa have spoke about wanting to be the biggest and the best yet I have never seen an advert for them, even their Goodbody Wellness brand on Twitter only has 85 followers in over a year, they make no attempt at advertising the brand, maybe things will change but I wont hold my breath
All I said was take profits before being left holding the bag and my post was removed .... somebody's busy trying to keep negative comments about James Dilution Parsons off this board
