@art9 yes and that was just his good points!
Possibly Barrick Gold?
Russia may well be happy international bidders to win. They get the same taxes, control export duties so why not let foreign money pay to develop MT and provide some competition to NN. NN on the other hand want control supply to manage prices so whereas in the past they may have been happy to see our pd in the ground to boost the value of their own pd stock, this is no longer an optional. Exciting to see who wins the FSP.
A Sino-Russian JV is a plausible possibility especially since they are close friends and China is cash-rich.
Still think the Russians will hold this in their own country..but IMO there will be others around the table..this area has so much to give ..but congrats to our BOD to keep the details far from us..happy to see a lot more People with FSP around £2 ..my +£2.50 target is coming closer IMO..our ground of worldclass is worth lot more then where we are now..stay healthy and R.I.P. Diego ..he was worldclass as well..
Isomer, could you explain what you mean by ‘supply contracts’? Thanks
So you can read the boards mind now aubery. That's an interesting trick. Love to know how you can state that the board don't see it as £1 a share. It wasn't a speeding ticket and you have no more knowledge than we do about what the board thinks. I don't pretend to know, you however seem to think you know the minds of the board- I highly doubt that you do so please don't make statements you can't back up.
Wasnt a speeding ticket audrey they said nothing new to report except what they already had about huge deal in the offing with worlds best lawyer in the field.
Huge smoked whale on deck nearly a 700,000 pounder.
as the welsh wife said to her husband " is that a huge leak or are you just pleased to see me ? " :)
Hi RMR1969,
Your post from 10:57-
"MarkP1989 - with regards the RNS and Phil Taylor, personally not sure the timelines correspond to be honest and secondly why mention the price increase in the RNS then, if it were felt an insider were selling which they needed to clarify in some way, that would more likely cause the share price to drop would it not, so the 2 things are not in my mind conducive."
If I may add to my theory that I posted up yesterday morning and backs up DJM1's post, with some timelines from the 9th October...
Phill Taylor had sold some small percentage of his very large holding, The Motley Fool (very appt) then posted up some fake news implying Phill Tayor had insider knowledge and actually worked for the company...
This was on Friday the 9th of October, some posts from that day below:-

RE: Would love after hours RNS9 Oct '20
Don't expect an RNS when Philip Taylor sold holdings yesterday unless he is not privy to the current sale position ! Hopefully, I can be corrected as the suspense is killing me and only purchase my initial holding on Monday.
Board is very positive and takes an edge of all the other issues going on.

All this was discussed over that weekend and 'the Motley fool' article was highlighted over many chat boards!
Because this FAKE news was very damaging to the company, they had to act, and so issued an RNS stating their position and as NDA's were in place the RNS was short and sweet, referring everyone to the company is up for sale RNS, so this RNS was issued when the stock price was at its highest and speculation from the fake news Motley fool about Phill Tayor.
So at 7 am on Monday the 12th of October the fatal NON-speeding ticket RNS was issued and from that time the share price has slowly fallen, due to some perceived truth in the fake article by investors who do not know the real truth, that we do!
And for the skeptics that think a company with an NDA in place can state anything about the share price getting above the price being discussed around a board table, please think again, you haven't a clue! ... NO company worth their salt, would stoop to let slip anything of a price-sensitive nature with NDA's in place as that would get them suspended!
DJm1, spoke to Keith and Keith replied the RNS was issued due to "information in the market" and at that time the fake news Motley fool article was it, end of...
The Motley Fool had to issue an apology and rewrite/amend the article ....
If anyone wants to look into this any further you need to go back about 200 pages to start...
Here is a short cut, good luck.

I remember that Roger Taylor story came out, well indicating that an insider had sold out, a few days before the RNS. Certainly not a speeding ticket. More of a, we don't know why the price has risen apart from the 40m of pgm equivalent we told you about, ticket. Good afternoon folks. Not sure why we're still talking about it, it happened and it has no relevance to our sale price.
As you are Dmitrys cousin you would know , have you asked him ?
RR1889 - ditto, I would love to retain my shares in a company which was potential part of the largest PGM miner in the world, at a time when demand for the products was increasing, at a time when the product was in structural deficit and at a time when the price of the resources was increasing.........we would also then benefit from any increased licence area or new proven up resources. Win Win.
Said it before, best case scenario for me, a 'smaller' amount now, just to say thanks for sticking with us, and then a big part of what is to come, annual dividends, which could dwarf any amount people may receive from their company pension.
I don't know why so many people feel it will be a full company sale rather than just Mt, all the NDA's signed prior to the FSP being initiated were solely regarding Mt (as stated in RNS)
MarkP1989 - with regards the RNS and Phil Taylor, personally not sure the timelines correspond to be honest and secondly why mention the price increase in the RNS then, if it were felt an insider were selling which they needed to clarify in some way, that would more likely cause the share price to drop would it not, so the 2 things are not in my mind conducive.
Philip Taylor**, sorry
Are people not going with Ian's eplanation of the 'speeding ticket' RNS?? It was along the line of:
Company had to issue RNS as Paul Taylor started selling some shares around the time of the big rise and it was suggested on an internet article somehwere that he was selling due to having inside info.
Company had to release a statement stating: "There have been no new developments requiring formal notification beyond those included in the Company's announcement of interim results on 30 September 2020."
I.e - -there is nothing that he knows that the rest of us don't!
I'd be over the bloody moon with £1 ! Spread seems very tight this morning (real spread is a lot tighter than published 28.00/28.50 spread)
RMR1969: That's a very plausible theory, and maybe indicates the length of time that this is taking based on the complexity of the deal
I, for one would be happy with a lower initial pay out, retain some holding and receive annual payouts for 20 plus years as the PGM's are extracted and sold to market. That would be me done with AIM then as I would have a good stream of income.
Regards
Ryan

I think most would be utterly delighted with £1.00
Surely the speeding ticket was issued so shareholders don't vote against a sale once an offer has been received.
its not unreasonable to accept an uplift of 100-200% on the current market cap of a company when its sold.
If the BOD did nothing and the SP kept rising to say 60p. If a sale price of £1 was announced I am sure plenty of shareholder would vote against it as this see the value in the company??

Yes I fear so. Unlike yourself I am very positive here and have been for well over a year. I do believe a good deal will land.
I will challenge positivity as well as negativity if there are comments made which I believe may be untrue or misleading, in this case I have asked on here and elsewhere, a number of times, if there are any rules within AIM which require a company to issue an RNS when the price increases or indeed decreases by large amounts, and no one has as yet pointed me in the direction of such rules.
So whilst I do not believe it was a speeding ticket in the sense most would understand it, it was decided to issue an RNS for a reason and that is what I want to understand - my view, FWIW, is that maybe, just maybe, we are not going to have a full company sale (a theory I have mentioned previously), there are many reasons to believe this may be true, and hence any possible dividend or partial sale could be in the realms of 40-70p, maybe we were getting too close to that......!
It is just a view to explain what has happened, interested in other theories assuming we can finally put the point to bed that there exist AIM rules which forced the last RNS.
Why are people still arguing over the speeding ticket, it had the effect of one but it definitely wasn't worded like one.
Something can cause an effect and not be what its meant for.
Covid has caused a decrease in reproduction, its not a contraceptive tool!
Putting words in your mouth!! Poor you!! Would their Nomad allow such disingenuous behaviour I wonder?? Or was it exactly as it actually is, a repudiation that anybody had any more information than anyone else? Bear in mind that at the time someone was SELLING i.e. their motive was in effect to prevent the market getting spooked by the idea that someone SELLING had inside information!!! If that isn't clear enough for you then good luck to you. Ian highlighted the Phil Taylor article, you said it was laughable. As a holder I would have thought counteracting the negative and incorrect view of many regarding the RNS would be in your interests, especially as the evidence is there to support that argument. Why is it you feel the need to insult and belittle others by the way?
HappyScot
How hard is it to clarify something with a simple phone call? If you can't do that, i question your motive.
I was in a stock which issued 2 speeding tickets. i contacted management and was told it was the NOMAD that asked for the RNS be released. Again, you can ask Keith if this was the case in EUA's case. I believe it is. HappyScot, i won't be responding anymore to you on this. DYOR
