The asset sale was mentioned in an RNS with the buyer happy with their due diligence of the asset, or words to that effect,

The payment of a dividend was also mentioned in an RNS from the company, along with EUA2.0,

All irrelevant now...

Also, Christmas wishes to any of the Old Guard still lurking,

Putin's actions killed the positivity surrounding this share way back in Feb 2022, and that is why only the negative trolls have come out from under their stones to gloat and infest this BB, whilst the rest take a back seat and watch...

Some even only joined LSE in late 2023 to have a dig at the once-positive shareholders here.

It's funny how some spend all their time ridiculing the once-positive holders just because they can, yet when the share price was on the up they were nowhere to be seen, and weren't even registered with LSE back then...

my investment here was £70k in a placing at 0.3p , followed by £140k warrants converted at 0.6p= 46m shares

I have sold a large chunk of these and banked well over £1m profit plus lots of shares left, however, my original holdings would, of course, have been worth many multiples of this amount, do I wish I still had all my shares, Hell Yes, do I have any regrets, definitely not, I have been on a ride like this before and waited for the event to happen, it didn't and I lost most of my profits, I like to derisk, especially when holding such a large amount of paper profit, for me, this would never be life-changing for others it is, my only advice would be deciding on your end game and stick to it, don't be greedy and don't be too weak.

Thank you both for your kind words,

I still hold EUA stock and look in from time to time,

I did just try and post some camaraderie on here while we waited,

We had been informed the buyer had completed their due diligence, and we would be paid out probably by a dividend and have shares in EUA2 to hold,

The Investors took this at face value and waited for payday!

The traders only looked at the share price, and, so far have been correct to do so!

Putin put a big spanner in the works for the time scale and HE may even start WW3, just because he can...

In hindsight, I should have taken some shares off the table, but it seemed to be going so well for us as investors,

Live and learn...

I also remember BigMJ who I think some here are confusing with...

And I think it was he who issued a post about selling some stock before the event,

He held many millions of EUA stock and was also due many warrants at a much lower price, so needed the capital upfront to purchase said warrants.

His name was Michael Joseph I believe, and he was connected with LION as a non-exec director or something.

Another gent and here is one of his posts where he apologises for depressing the share price :-)

Hi Guys,

It's probably my fault this isn't trading higher, I sold 11.5m shares this morning and that has held us back, still holding circa 12m and hoping for a much bigger rise but wanted to de-risk my converted warrants...

Kira, I don’t post much on this trolls paradise site any more, but I haven’t sold any shares over this war, only to buy house last year.

I’m Holding and still believe this will come good, patience required as with any long term investment. That said Everyone should look at their own circumstances and make investment decisions based on them.
