I'm afraid he still lurks, much the same as you, you should be very pleased with the latest run of RNS's? as it's all now coming together very nicely and any holder would be ecstatic in the perceived company turnaround?

Just had a peek into the past to refresh my memory, here is the post from Bigmj:-

RE: Good morning 18 Nov 2019 08:17 I just gave notice to convert all of my 11,833,333 warrants this morning , this should be virtually all of the outstanding 0.6p warrants, I think there is maybe another 2m to go. If the MMs are expecting to find these on the market they will have a nasty shock, I wont be selling these anytime soon..
Hang on A1ex, can't get my VPN to connect, ah, that's it, :-) Yes as you say yesterday was the perfect topping to what we all had presumed to be the case and we are now on the home stretch, is that bad weather still blocking your view from space? your WK updates have been great and your digging behind the Russian licensing bureaucracy to uncover the progressing Tipil license has served us all well, you are a real team player to go to such lengths. You are very kind and thank you, we are all just this nice collective of thrown together investors trying to line our pockets and better ourselves and if we make some on-line friendships on the way, so much the better. I hope you have a good evening. All the best.Ian
Is a prediction a guess? A prediction is what someone thinks will happen. ... So a prediction is a statement about the future. It's a guess, sometimes based on facts or evidence, but not always. A fortune teller makes a prediction using a crystal ball.
Someone has just given their opinion that a company like NN would not please its shareholders by spending lots of money to purchase our company and or just its assets. ... Why would they not be happy? ... They are getting the last non-consolidated alluvial PGM miner or its assets.
There are Intangible Assets. Intangible Assets are assets that have no physical presence.
And then there are :-
Tangible Assets. Tangible assets are any assets that have a physical presence.
I would have thought that anyone buying our rich PGM acreage would have purchased a Tangible Capital Asset that would have added to the intrinsic value of the purchasing company and not have any negative impact on their balance sheet to the detriment of its shareholders and done the complete opposite and underpinned their stock price because they have purchased an undervalued asset that has a 20+ year life?
