Typical American corruption. They try to regulate the world but turn a blind eye under their noses.

Truthfactory. I’m just trying to understand a couple of things with you. You loiter about here, constantly bashing the company and saying “ I told you so “, not invested and declined an offer at the placement price. Wouldn’t you have made a significant amount of wedge buying and then selling when it hit 40p.
Good luck with your book, most authors skim the truth a little, but not you as a CA, you wouldn’t do that would you. What is one anyway, a “ Chef’s Assistant “ ?
