I don't mind consolidation, wiping out half your shares to useless at the same time and pretending it's necessary is an absolute horror show. It's the past investors they owe the most but are treating the worst so they can do one.

i'm out, can't be ****d with holding deferred shares i cannot trade and it just looks far too much like corporate #hit-housery to me.

the share price won't make all that much difference they will look at the mcap much more i feel it's just window dressing.

fair enough do a consolidation but be honest and straightforward about it. they have form.

I guess HE1 put the defibrillator on aim and Boil was a beneficiary of all the giddiness. I sold some on the spike and bought back today though I did feel reading the RNS outsiders would see it as not hugely positive over what is known, or maybe even looking like giving away more than gaining. I know the potential is huge here the resource is massive, but that will maybe make it hard for majors to square it with the public in current times for the FF industry.

I do feel it deserves to be over 0.1 now given its price history.

Just refreshed on that Perch river Helium RNS and all the molopo work and the uranium and decided to add rather than slice here. Been following it for years and its a passionately/well run operation deserves a steady rise back to 2 to 4p in my eyes. Also added some FCM this week.

If it gets to 2.55p then I would sell too given its on 0.355p. Somebody earlier said its going to 30p though so I might wait.

Quick look at this as an outsider -

Company is producing (no mean feat) and looks like figures could rapidly improve

Mcap looks low

Geopolitics seems to give good reasons to want it to succeed

BUT

Seem to have hidden the current liabilities from the RNS, posting a fanciful profit based on unaudited self-judged gain on purchase of new assets.

Margins have reduced, expenses increased significantly actually running at a loss.

Geopolitics can be very stubborn or open to many wide interpretations

As can be the reasons for taking on new projects before another is successful

I guess it all depends on your faith in the mgt to create success from all this.

My view is shares are near

the bottom will rise again soon with increasing sentiment up to 2026 or so.

Pow well placed and deserve good fortune as much as any company having given themselves a real decent hand going forward.

Never seen such a naked attempt to shore up a placing price as yesterday and nearly sold to buy back later but never learn.

It's only bad for those that bought at peak I guess its good for the PI the funding got done.

Still looks very cheap to me given the company has 2 tier 1 assets and nearing production with new finance almost in place and backing of 3 large shareholders.

A cold hard look says massive over reaction so probably time to be brave not fearful.

I've caught the falling knife 3 times and once near the bottom so left not too bad. Held this on and off for few years just was out prior the big drop as expected a dip before production like the usual mine cycle, though more from boredom.

TBH it sometimes pays to take RNS at face value and it sounds like they may already be close to the refinance and have an understanding with the lenders to be in everybody's long term gain.

As stated we already have another tier 1 asset ( a better one I think), and the plans were expanded on asset 1 which isn't usually a distressed action.

So a case there to be greedy while others are fearful though easier to back yourself when its rising.

To be fair JM did express his thanks to local stakeholders and major shareholders in the RNS so clearly thinks everyone else is contemptible.

We all knew Chris Fraser is a twunt but thought JM had half a clue what he was doing

RNS of itself not too bad but market hates uncertainty and remembers what the twunts did at Sirius.

Hopefully JM is better than that or has more than 1 option.

It seems a much more rescuable situation.
