If a transaction price falls below mid point of a spread it gets tagged sell and vice versa for a buy. Often spreads are wide but the actual 'deal' price offered for both a buy and sell can be one side of a spread so all trades get labelled the same.
I think some peeps are selling to move money to ISA. They forget that it can take a couple of days before the sell clears for a move. Meaning they would be locked out when IF news lands today, tomorrow or Monday morning.
UBS would not get involved unless the company is worth BILLIONS. Even if we say, $1 billion, that is 30 - 35p. CS clearly told you, multiple parties are involved. This will keep raising as soon as those that need the money have cleared. next RNS will shoot this up.
B1ll I don't mind peeps taking profit at all. i'm just amazed none of the regulars are on this BB this morning. At this price, i won't be giving the MMs 1 share. Great chance for a lot of peeps to come in.
