EUA is about Palladium, Platinum etc. Same as NN. Minerals the world cannot afford to sanction. Even oil and gas has had a massive negative impact on the west than Russia so they'll be careful with any further sanctions.

Why would DS sell when he knows he'll get much more than 40p. The reason EUA don't ramp like other shares is because they know what they have is worth much much more.

Fact of the matter is the BOD hold more shares than all of us put together. Skin in the game! There is a lot of cash in the bank and no debt.

Most of the work done to Dec 2021 which is what this report is about is clearing etc. WK will start making money with 3 wash plants.

As for MT,

NOTE: Directors have over 120m share option expiring in November 2022 , 9p all the way to 42p. As most of you know, they got paid in shares for over 5 years.

You make it sound like the sale process started weeks before the war started.

Knowing EUA, RNS will not land until last working day of the month. You have to say the BOD have let us all down. Hence the reason peeps like Ian have sold and most of the telegram rampers are nowhere to be found on tweeter like Alex etc. No interviews, vague RNSs, delays in closing out deal. Other companies operating from Russia have had several RNSs.
No one has a clue what's going on or what to expect.

We should hear from EUA later today or tomorrow. It's always last min.com with EUA.
The 1st half of 2021, till end of June was very positive and the 2nd would have been a lot better, way before the war started. Behind schedule = later than the usual , 4th of June. Audit issue may have been to do with exchange rate, ruble , dollar. Eua have had similar issue in the past me think, i may be wrong.

They have information specific to offers for the sale of EUA's assets NOT currently in the public domain. They have critical information pertaining to JORC Reports detailing how much metals we have on our licence areas and the breakdown and NPV for said assets. As shareholders, this is information we currently do not have and the BoD do therefore they are classed as insiders and cannot legally trade their shares until this news has been released via RNS and only via RNS.

These same people who KNOW what the offers are have also NOT bought shares at 6p, 7p etc. Why? Because they CAN'T and if they could they obviously would as we are clearly not selling the entirety of EUA for £200 million which is our current pitiful market capitalisation.

We will get an AGM notification followed by more waiting and then the AGM will happen and we may or may not get any tangible information regarding what we are selling, for how much and when.

We are also approaching an AGM which should include full year results for 2021 which again prevents any dealings in shares from the BoD and/or PDMR (persons with designated management responsibilities).

adsdc1801, It's all a guess, its very hard to say what going on. The transfers during the FSP were profits made from shorting which was added to BR's long position. That's how BR were accumulating shares during the fsp and increased their holding. I doubt they need to close their short by borrowing from others accounts. They would be in a lot of profit. I'm just not sure why we're not seeing all these big trades on the EUA website. GL

A lot of the big holders seem to still be there AFTER yesterday's update. That may be why we still have 40m+ shorts still open. The fact that most of the big trades from yesterday have not been printed on EUA site as well as other trade platform may mean they're transfers. I'm sure most of you remember the form 8.3 during FSP. The form used to reflect transfers by blackrock. They hold under different funds etc. GLA

DanielC43R, i'm not expert either but from what i've seen, you see 2 trades when short opens. 1 borrow, then sell. The date trade time, price match. When they close, it will show 3 trades. 1 borrow, 1 sell, 1 buy trade. Very often, market makers will make it hard for us to follow it by striking at mid price/unknown or printing the trades days apart. GL
