Helpful I have just read your 7.18am post of today and notice there are people who disagree with you but you do give as much as you take so that's o.k. But the post from Banburyboy suggests we will need 182 wash plants to achieve the 1000 tonne throughput. Could you kindly make a further post clearly explaining the confusion over these numbers. If someone was questioning my numbers I would feel obliged to clear up the matter asap. Thanks.
Robins to be clear.
The source of needing 186 wash plants to throughput 1,100 plants is page 12 of RRRs own Biballe presentation.
Best case 6 tonnes per hour per wash plant ( base 4 tonnes).
He will run away from this just as he runs away from the 200 tonnes of Lithium not existing as he's been rumbled. It's to easy ;)
Banburyboy commented 'The source of needing 186 wash plants to throughput 1,100 plants is page 12 of RRRs own Biballe presentation'
Helpful. What's your thoughts on this?
Well if you are quoting him, he is wrong: it doesn't say that.
https://www.rrrplc.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/2024.02.29_RRR_Burkina_Faso_Alluvial_Project_Presentation_2.pdf
First it is a model not a forecast. He can't pick and choose different bits to suit his argument. Secondly, that was from February 2024; things have moved have moved on since then.
The 1,152 tonnes per hour is from a RRR tweet: it is not my number. The tweet gives a range of throughput based on how much clay is in the pay dirt (no one knows at this stage).
I have seen nothing else that confirms the current intended throughput: so this is the current best information.
If he is saying the model is what we should take seriously perhaps you should ask him how he reconciles where it says 61 ounce gold per day with saying the whole thing is a scam?
61 ounce per day is around $3.3m pm pre royalty and pre-tax.
$3.3m pm is not nil.
NB this is trial production: it is semi-mechanised. Once we have the production licence we can go to fully mechanised.
The important bits:
Is there gold or not?
Can we extract it?
What is the marginal cost?
Boring Boy really doesn't know what he is talking about.
Once they are on site and producing, then we will know.

He's hopeless not Helpful
- RRR reposted the presentation to there site in April.as well as February.
- it's a model not a forecast. He can't chose different numbers to suit his argument.
That's why MrThicko - I have chosen the best case scenario for RRR. Anything less would be materially more than 180 wash plants.
It's RRRs model not mine .
He's rowing back on 1,100 tonnes as it complete rubbish and he knows it.
Helpfuls 61 ounces is very much a BEST case in RRRs model. It assumes maximum wash plants and 6 tonnes of throughput.
RRRs own base case has anything from worst case 11.6 ounces to best case 46.3 ounces. RRR base case not mine.
An objective invester would take the mid point 29 ounces per day.
An objective investor would then realise FASO government own 15% and highly likely Riverstone at least 35% either as their share or the compan or a royalty.
So net to RRR 14 ounces a day. There base case.
Very generous cost estimates gives a profit of $1,200 an ounce or $17k a month. Again being kind
All of a sudden Helpfuls $3.3m a month is now only $500k net to RRR.
Still excellent and will push the SP significantly higher but its a horrendous place to do business and no means guaranteed to hit June target.
I suggest anyone wanting a fair investment appraisal listens to the Board chartered accountant not the resident Del Boy.
Banbury, thought helpful had you on filter 🤣🤣🤣
I suggest concentrating on RNS announcements on RRR and future announcements regarding postulation of production because they will be subject to scrutiny (and no that is not a criticism of sometimes using Reach for some general updates).
If there is genuine production, then at some point: perhaps when still small or if there were signs of a bit of scale up - I would expect some independent analysis, if that happens it would be worth a read and consideration - that type of publication is less likely to have confirmatory bias.
Oh, even Del Boy did alright for a while...
He is. I was responding to Doggie.
Duke - maidit and news have made up there minds.
Just making sure no one else is fooled by his rubbish.
Objective posters make up there own mind. After all it is RRRs own base case :)
Base case... and working out an average, working from that - fair enough point of view...
Am still bearing in mind News' earlier comment regarding the theoretical and Helpful citing s company tweet - seems fair enough to me within this forum re. points of view and I don't particularly have one because I personally don't have the time to go through every aspect.
But the other comments revealing overall doommongering is where I think a fair assessment by a doomster at that moment suggests to me - no greater reliability in the fairness of informal assessment.
For clarity: NEWS [me] : I note that on 2 occasions , my name has been used to UNDERPIN the doomers.
Far from it, I made clear that irrespective of the activities of RRR, the DRC award litigation still remains PENDING and live and this will be still an asset to the co. As for the gold mining operation in BUKINA FASO which is taking charge of the previous artisanal gold ore etc, here is a link : "PARKER BUYS A NEW WASH PLANT DURING A $1M HAUL."-Gold Rush.1 yr ago. Due to the high prices for gold, it will be even more profitable now. IT NEEDS A FEW PEOPLE only to operate the wash plant. DONT SEE HOW HELPFUL is wrong given no one at the moment knows yet until they DO THE TEST plant per what RRR said and then they expand to more wash plants. Parker is a well known series from Gold Rush and it is $1M PAYDAY just from 1 WASH PLANT with just 4 men.
Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=36UCSzl6zW0 as above re: Parker & $1m haul. Even Kavango is doing the same thing?
The theoretical.. and the acknowledgement of the tweet re. positive throughput - also "fair enough" re. points of view i.e. positive points of view, to the higher- fair enough as well.... Maybe I wasn't clear enough that I was bearing them in mind as the possible and positive - not meant to underpin as an unfavourable contrast, was typing as I was thinking and probably could could have been clearer.
Just because a lesser figure, base case from average might be described as fair enough if genuine opinion that doesn't mean I was agreeing with it.
Liked the YouTube showing what can be achieved with not a huge amount of workers and a couple of wash plants...
Nike, just so you know - After 15 years of following Andrew Bell and RRR closely, I like to think I got a better handle than most on here ! Landed to know Helpful didn’t take the placing cos that means he’s down more on his investment than I thought ! Andrw Bell and helpful are parasites - They benefit by other people losing, worse than that they even try and encourage them to lose money -
------------CLASS ACTION?--------
Dukey: Re: your post. Let us play class action. In Court, what the TIMES OF LONDON STATED today in their article about AIM and what Cadence 's CEO told a shareholder ie during this downturn in commodity stock, there have been "NO EXCEPTIONS" so be it RRR or any other junior explorer, they are DOWN 90%. FACT. So, in a Court of Law, all litigants will lose once this STATISTIC AND FACT comes out. London Stock Exchange etc all have this same data. AIM has share charts as well for the sector. If anyone is interested Burton who gave the Times of London link opened the article up so that one can read it for free. TIMES OF LONDON STATED THAT EVEN THE SMALL CAPS IN THE USA SUFFERED THE SAME FATE.
So, that is now FACT.
During that 15 year period: there was a very good share price upside in 2010. It is clear from a quick Internet scan that the company was decently profitable in 2018. I think the last year the company was profitable was 2021 - relating to tactical decisions it made with its' liquid assets.
We know some of the recent intrinsic difficulties the company had. On top of that there were continuing pandemic restrictions and the UK had three lockdowns, third one lasted a long time. Quantive easing then quantile tightening, acceleration of interest rate increases before current plateau - hasn't been an easy environment in recent times for some small cap companies and their investors.
Placings are par of the course for junior miners until perhaps they find cashflow or sell an asset. Even bigger market caps will place occasionally, I've read about one with a trust fund - from a position of medium strength and possibly a mid tier energy company though can't remember for certain but they did choose to raise money in some way.
It's good to know the past of the company, my examples of good years are probably not exhaustive and I respect some years have not been as good.
The past should never prevent people from the future, the nature of that future can't be guaranteed so we should each of us, choose our own paths as we see fit.
Nike, in fairness a polite and decent post !
The big rise in 2010 was due to the best investment RRR ever had, Jupiter mines . Again, Andrew Bell totally messed it up - They were always classed as the Jewel in the crown . Jupiter were paying awesome dividends and was a good income, RRR’s only income ! Unfortunately Andrew Bell sold out quite soon after he was ousted from the Jupiter board, blew the cash and with it RRR’s only source of income.
RRR now back with no income, still massive costs to run the company and back to what RRR do best, placing and dilution. I do expect another placing before any material progress in BF, but I do expect another attempt to pump SP before we get a placing, as if they don’t I think they will stuggle to get the placing away, or all least not without a heavy discount ! All in my opinion and do your own research which it looks like you are doing 👍 GL
As I said, low intellect.
This is like having an extra ex-wife. If I took the placing, I am a parasite trying to sucker people in and if I didn't, I am a loser trying to sucker people in.
Bottom line is, the trolls want to try and personalise everything because they have no response to what is happening on the ground.
🤞 Bilbale comes on line soon.
