Anyone going to the AGM ? Jan, R ?
Pint or 4 afterwards?
Hi KO,
Yes I'm going this year. I see it starts at 2.00pm.
Would be happy to meet up before for lunch/drink. Equally can stay on after too.
What's your thoughts ?
Romaron ?
I'll be going. You will need some proof that you are a shareholder. I get a "letter of representation" from AJ Bell.
I'll be going. It would be nice to meet you all.
I hope to be at the AGM this year as I am heavily invested here at ENQ, keen to meet the management and hopefully get a better feel for their direction and strategy.
Looking forward to the imminent update at just a couple of weeks away and seeing some hard figures for FCF and debt reduction over the last couple of months.
I wish ML would get on with these purchases, if the sp starts climbing they may be limited and we want to get the first 25m shares out of the way. The sp was down yesterday, they should have been buying a boat load!
My thoughts exactly, to buy just 131k shares on a higher volume down day is pretty stupid unless they believe the SP is going lower.
I have to be in the UK from the previous Thursday and it’s unlikely i can stay a whole week, but if this changes I’ll be in contact to meet up.
AGM thoughts and suggestion.
If my memory serves me well, hence I remember that Enquest's AGM has a large seating area outside the actual AGM meeting room. This large seating area served drinks, coffee, tea etc before the AGM started. Maybe arrive an Hour early talk "shop" over coffee an hour before the meeting starts. Gives us time to formulate some good questions to put to the board.
Then go to the pub for a beer after, maybe meal/food.
Any other suggestions - KO , romaron , anyone ? Do you want to do the beer/food first ? I just thought best to do the business part first with a clear head. Happy to go along with other ideas.
I think anyone who wants to come along is welcome . After all, we are all on the same team !
Sorry guys I would love to come but my boy is a week old and we are stuck in Tblisi waiting on his passport :). Hopefully we will see a steady rise in time for me to buy him his first bike.
Sounds a plan. The venue is next to Spitalfields so plenty of nearby hostelries. Last year we wandered into the Woodins Shades which is next to Liverpool Street station, possibly its only saving grace. A long narrow pub but should be fairly empty at late afternoon. Plenty of other options.
I'm in Wales that week so will be getting the train early from God knows where to Cardif then on to London, so will be hanging out for a beer by the time I arrive.
Looking forward to it
OK then, I will get to the AGM venue early. I know time goes quickly when you're in conversation so plan to arrive around 12.30 . Will go into the venue and get a coffee/drink and look forward to seeing you all. AGM kicks off at 2.00pm. Then drinks , maybe food after (as per Romaron's earlier post). As we are all likely to arrive at different times it makes sense to meet at the venue then go on the jolly after.
Anyone want to offer changes to this plan? KO, romaron others?
Repeat all welcome
Just to add, I'm thinking we should get a share price of 20p soon. Especially with a very positive RNS May ops update.
Shall we call the Jolly after the AGM the " 20p Party "
Sounds good to me Jan, looking at the train times I should arrive between 12.45 and 1pm

Would have loved to put faces to a few familiar names but i am on hols for the agm. Hopefully next year if we are all still around and invested!
I have a few questions to add to the list but will post nearer the time.
