the Batman movie is going to make huge sales here
well to not even get a 20% rise on that is ridiculous, i reckon we could see 20million proftits once Batman etc are released
Lack of liquidity, that’s literally it. Everyman is just so inefficient as a share. Even looking at historical share movements it rarely moves a lot on one day.
how is this not back to 200p plus. wtf!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I cant belive the market is not snapping this up
The Batman and Top gun Maverick to come
In this mornings RNS
we deserve a rerate back to 250p
yeah, always room for a takeover at some point, more profit here on the food and central London locations that the big boys can not move into. and it would need to be a heavy takeover price if it did ever happen. 4th largest chain, at some point Vue or Odeon or Cineworld or Showcase cinemas will have to improve their margins and the real profit comes from the food and drink sales. The distributor takes between 50 & 60% of the ticket price after VAT from the ticket sales. Also thanks to lockdown people are doing more experience events now and looking for better theming when they go out on the town now. people have been jerked into action after the boring monotony of lockdown to look for experience events I reckon and go out more again.
Because there is an opportunity to really surprise the market here with these numbers. Scrimgeour wants a reprice, especially considering he bough 300k worth. I have also emailed the PR firm for EMAN and they said an update similar time to last year.
looks like a lot of EMAN news on google today
why were expecting an update, there was an update in November....
CFO still gonna serve 6 months. I think the CFO was forced out most likely.
I dont think there is a trading update, CFO walked , we need a CFO
Trading update Monday will be huge. This is going to see more then just a recovery imo. Everyman is in a unique position to really excel now.
Cineworld's commentary ''This recovery has been driven by an excellent slate of movies including record breaking "Spider-Man: No Way Home", "Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings", "Venom 2", "Black Widow", "Dune", "Free Guy", "Eternals" and "No Time to Die".'' EMAN should have done well off King Richard as well. We have smarter clientele at Everyman Cinemas. this is well below its covid share price so i expect a recovery now most of the pandemic is behind us
December was particularly strong supported by the success of "Spider-Man: No Way Home" across all territories, becoming the first film to gross more than 1.5 billion dollars at the box office . there is a strong film slate for 2022 including, "The Batman", "Morbius", "Top Gun: Maverick", "Jurassic World: Dominion", "Minions: The Rise of Gru", "Thor: Love and Thunder", "Mission: Impossible 7", "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever", "Avatar 2" and many more.

high barriers to entry so should see value here more than the pre covid high, the Batman movie still to come
it should hopefully be one to watch out for.
